Fully equipped kitchen and bar, with every tool a chef could need. Dinnerware for 8, silverware and a variety of glassware and plastic tumblers for poolside. The kitchen bar has a sink, dishwasher and stools for grab and go dining. Outsize refrigerator includes water and ice in the door. Upon your arrival, you will receive a welcome pack including basic groceries, wine, beer and sodas.

For formal meals, the kitchen adjoins a delightful dining area with buffet, seating for 6 and a beautiful crystal chandelier. The dining room has French doors which open to the Romeo and Juliet balcony offering a unequalled views and tropical breezes.

With both ceiling fans and AC, the comfortable living area has a sleeper sofa, relaxing recliner and a 32 inch television with cable above the bookcase. French doors lead out to the shaded veranda and pool area on both the East and South sides.

Also featuring cathedral ceilings, the master bedroom offers a traditionally styled king-sized bed, storage, television, and ample closet space. The master is adjoined by the studio which includes a day bed which converts to a full bed, and can be curtained off from master if needed. The studio has a selection of books, art, comfortable reading chairs and also opens onto the veranda and pool.

The large bath features an over-sized jacuzzi tub, vanity, hair dryer, selection of soaps, bath items and stacked washer and dryer in the closet. Luxury linens and towels are provided for you.

With spectacular ocean, mountain and golf course vistas, the veranda and courtyard feature a private pool, hammock, settee with end tables, outdoor dining area (seating 4), poolside lounge chairs and a gas grill. Pool towels, beach accessories and snorkel equipment are provided for you.

Tropical gardens surrounding the villa are planted with a variety of native fruits and herbs for the villa use. You may also enjoy a selection of tropical flowers and plants that is unparalleled on the island. The rock wall surrounding the gardens features a gate which offers easy access to the golf course and club house.
