A maisonette é nova e com acabamentos da maior qualidade. Tem 3 qts duplos e sofá-cama. Tem 2 casas banho e máq. lavar roupa e um churrasco. Os residentes têm de usar 2 piscinas comuns e o condomínio tem também acesso directo à praia.
Imóvel situado no 'Watersedge Complex' em Marsascala. Condomínio inclui imóvel de 2 qts, imóvel de 3 qts e imóveis de 4 qts para todos os requisitos. Condomínio tem 2 piscinas comuns; uma no r/c e outra nova no telhado.
This are living on Malta at the best. We rented the 3 bedroom apartment whit topp roof sun deck. We lived ther for almost 6 month. Nice family owned recidence and no problem whit anything. Tip top funiture and kitchen, brethtaken sea-veaw. And belew us we are "picky" when it coms to living. We are traveling all over the world at different sights and this was lovely. We liked the appartment, BUT were rather disappointed to find on the roof terrace three chairs with broken legs (especially when we now see that this was already commented back in August). Also the BBQ was in a very poor condition and very dirty and difficult to start. The sofa bed in the master bedroom is very narrow if it is meant to sleep two adults. Pool towels ought to be included. The tenancy contract stated that we were to return the appartment clean and tidy, and we used an hour to do so, but were told by the cleaning lady that it was her job to clean the appartment. In spite of these "buts" we enjoyed our stay and especially the excellent view of the sea. If you replace the chairs and the BBQ and supply extra towels we will gladly give you 5 stars.

The property is designed for space and comfort: looks very impressive at first glance, generally well-equipped. On website it states “All daily amneties are included.” , listing internet and air conditioning with others. This was deceptive, as when we received the booking confirmation it stated these are in fact extra costs and it is only apparent if you hover your mouse over them on the facilities page – not really obvious.
There was a small balcony off the living room, which when we arrived had no chairs around the table and only two loungers with no sun shade. There were four of us on holiday but we could not all sit together in the space. The owner said to use the upper roof top instead. This area is astro-turfed and a very nice space, although there were only three loungers so again not easy for us to be together until we navigated a very narrow stair well and carried a spare lounger from the small balcony up to the roof. There was one large sunshade up here, also a BBQ but it was filled with dog ends of cigarettes and the large table had a broken central strut, along with a number of three legged chairs.
On top floor of adjacent block is a second pool with more loungers, but only one sunshade, and this was broken. It’s a shame as the pool was lovely and you can tell with a bit more care to keeping things maintained it would really be a good facility.
Our interpretation of “beach” is not “rocky outcrop”, but if you are happy with rocks and accessing the seas by steps then it would be fine for you.
The view straight ahead from the apartment is truly beautiful, the sea is so blue and relaxing to listen to, which is more than can be said for the building site right next door. The building works are the same company as the apartment owners, so I feel a bit deceived that it was not mentioned when we booked, as we could have then made an informed choice about whether we wanted to be woken by building work noise every week day of our holiday.
This complex has great potential and if these things were improved it would really be a good stay. Inside some things need a bit of maintenance: the area round the shower was dirty with a buildup of scum and scale, and there were foot prints and marks on some of the walls and blood stains on one of the pillows. All this could be easily fixed and would make a huge difference.
Our family had four apartments here as we were here for a family wedding. Our family of 8 had the Duplex apartment, another had the three bedroom next to the downstairs pool, so between us we had some of the best apartments. The Duplex has a small balcony and a large upstairs terrace with large table and chairs, ideal for sitting out in the evening as the sun goes down. Very roomy for 8 people as it had a large kitchen adjoining living room. We had the most wonderful week and so pleased we picked this accommodation which was clean, comfortable, well equipped, with the most fantastic views. Near a small shop for essentials and a larger one is just a bit further along the road. 15 minute walk to the nearest couple of restaurants and slightly longer, but beautiful walk, along the harbour to Marsaskala. For groups this is an excellent choice of booking and would definitely stay here again.
Very spacious accommodation with lovely views. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Loved the walk to Marsaskala. Beautiful swimming places. Very lovely, friendly owners, who sorted out any problems straight away. We were a large group in two apartments, so the accommodation was perfect for us. We all enjoyed the outside area and swimming pool on the 3rd floor ... great for sunbathing and relaxing. Would have liked a mirror in our bedroom ... but all the other rooms had one. Huge thanks to Rosanne for putting up with us!
Amazing highly finished self catering apartment in a superb location overlooking the sea. There is direct access to the private pool and the sea. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It is also very safe for children. We will definitely be coming back next year with our friends. I've read previous comments before booking and I would also like to thank the management especially Rosanne for ever being so helpful and making our stay very pleasant.
