The 2023/2024 winter calendar is now open!

Our house has three completely separate units (townhouse), and we use one of the units and rent out the other two. There are no indoor shared spaces in the home. All three units have completely separate entrances.

Each unit has a private indoor hot tub.

Mid-week, monthly, and weekly discounts are available—message for a discounted rate.
The space
Our guests love that our house is close to many great restaurants, and only 1 mile from Okemo. Soaking in a private hot tub after a long day of skiing is one of the best features!
Guest access
There is enough parking for four cars. It is very tight with four cars, and you must park in a single row. Please do not bring more than four cars because there is nowhere else to park in town.

Need more room? Rent both units side by side for a total of 10 bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Great place for a family gathering

Although the ski conditions were not ideal, this property was great for a family gathering. 11 of us fit comfortably. The hot tub was a great gathering spot. The property is a bit dated, but for the price, well worth it.

Comfortable, Convenient Stay

The house is pretty spacious and comfortable, with lots of beds for everyone in our party. The condition was very clean although there might be some minor issues that really doesn't bother me. And of course the hot tub is a great feature of the house too. The location is also very excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from a Okemo shuttle stop and very close to the main street as well. Overall a great stay and I would love to go back.

Very clean and conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay in Okemo. The house was very clean, right in town, 5 minutes from the ski base by car and super close to the shuttle stop. Chrissy was very kind and accommodating with our requests.

Vermont Hospitality

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the bedrooms and our proximity to the mountain. We had a group of 12 adults (mostly young adults) and everyone felt comfortable. We walked to dinner one evening and cooked a big pasta dinner the next. Our hosts were pleasant, warm and responsive. The house is old and has some Vermont charm, but everything is functioning properly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and very clean

We stayed four nights over Presidents’ weekend. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, 5 teenagers, and a toddler. We never felt cramped or in each others way. The house was extremely clean and the shuttle to Okemo was right on the corner. The owners were easy to get ahold of and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

My husband Luke and I purchased this home with our best friend Adam as a second home. We are all avid skiers and fell in love with the house, location, and the town of Ludlow. Also, we enjoy skiing at Killington which is only an easy 30-minute drive away. Much shorter than the 3-3.5 hours we spend getting to the mountains from our homes in Massachusetts! Along with skiing we enjoy competing in obstacle racing, hiking, and staying active. We also love to eat, and you can’t beat the selection of restaurants in the Ludlow area! There is something for everyone!
