This beautiful unit is located in one of the newest and most sought-after rental community in the Orlando metro area. Paradise Palms Resort is one of Florida's Premier Resorts. The home is only 5 minutes from Disney, and within a couple of miles to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls and many award-winning golf courses. In this resort you will have all the advantages of a vacation home plus access to a gate secure resort including an over 9600 sq ft state of the art club house and tropical lagoon style resort pool.

Stay in the lap of luxury when you book our professionally decorated unit in Paradise Palms. This fully equipped home has everything you will need while on vacation. There is free WiFi and flat screen TVs in all rooms. The kitchen has brand new appliances installed- microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware utensils, stove top + oven, refrigerator + freezer. The laundry room also includes a washer and dryer.

Amazing resort and condo terrible host

We have stayed at this resort before and loved it. The property and resort amenities are perfect for our family. The condo was clean and comfortable but the host needs to do better....way better. I reached out twice before we got there to ask about the checking process. Each time she gave me the same pre-written answer and it was wrong! She talked about pass codes to gates and a self check in process. Nope. Had to go to the security office and get a scanned pass for the week. Put an extra half hour on to the End of our already long trip. I was asked to give everyone's name I was traveling with for the resort which I did. The first day we went to use the pool and game room the host had only given 3 names out of 8. And I made the reservations and I wasn't listed! We had to stand there in the lobby and call the management company....not even the host who didn't do her job and get us all registered before we could enter the pool. The host talked about the condo manual alot.....we never found it. So she sent me a pdf form that states the pool heating rules and prices. I paid for the heating and she charged me almost double. I had to screen shot the manual and ask her why the price difference?? She said that was another properties pricing she charged me and started the refund process. We managed to still enjoy the vacation but had to put up with alot of misinformation and uniformed host. Won't stay will Ally again.

Fine but could improve

The property has some good things about it but also some negatives that I hope can improve for the next family. Some parts of the house were clean, other parts were unacceptable. All the light switches and dresser tops were dirty. Those are surfaces that should be kept clean especially during a pandemic. Entry way was dirty. Back patio was dirty. Outdoor lawn chairs are all rusted. The kitchen was not stocked with anything. I have stayed in some home that at least had some things to offer but this did not have much. 2/4 mugs were cracked and broken. Garbage can was full of mold at the bottom. Bathroom rug upstairs was never washed and one sink was almost completely clogged in an upstairs bathroom. I did ask about the patio being cleaned and they did tend to that right away. Checking in was not easy. Our names were not on the list. Thankfully the guys at the front were understanding. The homeowner should be asking for our names way before the actual check-in time. Not much parking. Location was great for Disney. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location but needs TLC

The location is great. Close to all theme parks, restaurants and grocery stores. However, this property needs a lot of attention. The carpets are dirty and the living room furniture has slipcovers over them which or also in need of a wash. The pool was clean, but there are no beach towels and not enough regular towels to use for the pool. The kitchen, if you like to cook, is ill equipped and we had to go buy wine glasses, because there were none. The check in process was very inconvenient. Even though you have paid your full amount, the owner wants you to email her the day before to remind her to put your name on a list to get a parking pass. This was something I was not aware of. I sent the owner three separate messages with no response. We had to call her at home in order to get her to give the guard the information so we could obtain our parking pass. You cannot get in the gate and they will tow your car without the parking pass. This is very frustrating after driving 12 hours. For us it was just okay. I would definitely look for a different property next time.

Nice place to stay

We stayed in this property for a month. It was comfy. While not recommended by locals, we did get pool heat in May and found it made the pool more enjoyable. The location was great. And hidden at the end of the cul de sac is a preservation path with gorgeous views.
