A really comfortable and happy place to stay. Easy walking distance to the nearest tube, or you could elect to walk into central London down the Thames, which is literally at the end of the road. We had a great time and to be in such a beautiful British townhouse made the trip for us!
We really enjoyed our stay in this urban flat. Our young adult children joined us, and we were able to go our separate ways during the day, and gather at night. It is a great location, near both Westminster Abbey and a local cheese monger and produce stand.
Our family - 2 teenagers, a 10 year old and 2 parents - stayed here on our recent sightseeing trip. I was initially concerned due to the lack of recent reviews, but this unit was exactly as advertised. The owner, John, was a pleasure to deal with, and was very helpful when making the arrangements and upon our arrival in London. The keys for the flat are at the unit, so there is no messing around with having to visit another location for check-in before you can actually gain entry to the unit. The flat is a short walk from the Pimlico tube stop, and a quick 5 minute cab ride from Victoria train station, for those arriving/departing downtown with luggage in tow. Its location makes it an ideal base for sightseeing in London. The Morpeth Arms is a great pub literally 30 seconds away that serves good meals well into the evening, and there are several local shops in the area for convenience food and items. A supermarket is an easy 10 minute walk away.
We spent our entire time sightseeing, so our time spent in the flat was mostly limited to sleeping and breakfast. The unit itself was quite nice and was clean. The bathrooms have been nicely redone and the beds were comfortable. It is quite close to Millbank Street, which is a major thoroughfare, so there was a bit of road noise in the night when the windows were open, but I don't think that's unusual for anywhere in downtown London. The carpet and paint are starting to show their age and could use a refresh, but again if you are using this unit just as a base for sightseeing, I think its location and the trustworthiness of the owner far outweigh those issues. We would definitely stay here again.

The kids had their own space and the apartment is well set out. The kitchen is well appointed and we had need for nothing while we were there. It is in a great location as well.
