This updated, cozy cottage offers a flat walk to the water and beautiful views. The main level offers an open layout perfect for gathering and overlooking the lake with a second living room area with flat screen TV plus a large dining table that overlooks the lake. There are two bedrooms (one with king size bed and one with queen size bed) with one full bathroom on the main level. The upper level offers a beautifully updated and well stocked kitchen with Keurig & drip coffee, a second living room with large flat screen TV. The master bedroom with a king size bed plus a full bath. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled along with the gorgeous newly remodeled kitchen. Both levels offer full length wall to wall, sliding glass doors to enjoy the spectacular views of the main channel. The two back decks offer wide water views that will take your breath away. Plenty of seating with a gas grill plus charcoal grill on the lower deck that leads to the flat walk with new stone path to the new dock. You will pass a brand NEW fire-pit for you to enjoy so don't forgot the marshmallows. There are also 2 kayaks for guests to use as well. The huge new dock offers comfortable seating and wide water views and room for 2 boats at the floater. There are so many activities for you to choose from at this home that you are sure to have a wonderful vacation and want to return to this home year after year!

Last Hooray of the 2023 season!

Cool Breeze continues to be our “Go To” spot at SML. This was our 3rd. stay since May and it truly felt like “coming home” when we walked through the door. For our family it is the perfect size and location. Even though the weather turned windy and cold, we were perfectly content inside as the wall of windows offers a fabulous view of the main channel. If the owners ever consider selling (can’t imagine they ever would😢) we will be first in line! Only one suggestion-a mirror in the bedrooms would help free up the bathrooms!

Cool Breeze Cottage gets an A!

We love this property! It’s the second year we stayed at Cool Breeze. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was clean. The dock is a gem. Only issues we had are beds/toilets are low and there isn’t a no wake zone near the dock. The boat takes a beating even with bumpers in place. Would stay again!

Family Vacation 2023

This place was perfect for our family vacation. This was our 2nd time here and we enjoyed it even more than the first. This was also the first time we’ve ever stayed a full week at the lake and I was a little concerned that we would be bored. Absolutely NOT! This house is so relaxing we could have stayed all summer. The layout of the house provides plenty of space for gathering together with all guests while also allowing space for privacy for “alone time!”

Summer 2023 kickoff

Loved property-exactly as advertised. A little noisier than anticipated, but it was “poker weekend” on the lake which we didn’t know until we arrived (our oversight.) Also, some light construction noise on both sides of our house-but the boat noise drowned that out! Also, clogged shower drain. Since we were only there a few nights, we made do with other tub/shower and didn’t report it until we were leaving. Still, we absolutely loved this place and have a week planned there next month.
