Este espaçoso 3 quartos apartamento térreo está localizado no Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes desenvolvimento tranquilo entre a 'cidade branca' de Benahavis e da estância costeira movimentada de San Pedro de Alcantara. O desenvolvimento Hacienda é fechado, com segurança 24 horas e estacionamento subterrâneo. O apartamento está situado em belos jardins, com acesso fácil a nada menos do que quatro piscinas. Lá fora, a vista para o Mediterrâneo, Gibraltar e as montanhas Riff de Marrocos desde grande sul e oeste de frente do apartamento 'envolver em torno de' terraços são simplesmente de tirar o fôlego. O terraço está entre os maiores no desenvolvimento Hacienda. A partir deste amplo terraço, há também o acesso a uma área de relvado secuded. Passo para trás no interior do apartamento para aproveitar o ambiente arejado e iluminado e uma decoração contemporânea da espaçosa sala de estar / jantar, soberbamente quartos embutidos, casas de banho e cozinha totalmente equipada (com despensa separado). O apartamento é totalmente climatizado, e os pisos de mármore de azulejos tem piso radiante em toda para os meses mais frios.
This is the second time we have stayed at Casa King and, I can again state what a lovely apartment and complex it is. We first stayed for 3 weeks back in 2010 and had a fantastic 3 week stay (with 2 days in the nearby Benatalaya complex). Indeed, we enjoyed the apartment and complex so much that we cancelled our final week in the Benatalaya complex and returned to La Hacienda for our final 5 days.
There were many reasons for this but the most prominent was the size of the apartment, the privacy and, fantastically looked after complex. La Hacienda is very secluded and with 4 pools available, you could always choose between at least 2 that were completely empty allowing you to have your choice of your own private pool. This is not the case in many of the other complexes where you can at times feel like you’re staying in a busy hotel.
Upon our return this year we noticed that there had been many improvements. The apartment now has full UK cable TV with movies and sports, which was great in the evenings when getting the kids ready etc. The Wi-Fi signal also reaches the nearby swimming pool (and even at half strength, allows for a decent connection to work whilst watching the kids). There is also a BBQ in the garden which is always handy given the new ‘Mercadona’ only a short 5-minute drive away and, sun loungers in the garden.
The apartment also has new folding window grills, security windows, and CCTV is in position around the development. This offers complete peace of mind as the complex itself used to feel a little secluded. That said, we noticed there are now many more ‘live in’ residents which really adds to the feel of a safe community.
As for the complex itself, there is now a permanent snack bar by the first (infinity) pool. This is manned 7 days a week from 10-4pm so the kids were always able to get drinks/ snacks if needed.
Another key improvement has been the introduction of permanent sun loungers and straw parasols by each of the pools. This is great as you no longer have to drag out your own or, sit on the grass by the pool area. As for the swimming pools themselves, they continue to be well maintained as are the beautiful gardens.

Apartment is very spacious and well furnished. We stayed for 3 weeks and had a thoroughly relaxing holiday. From the garden there are amazing views over San Pedro and on a clear day you can see The Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of Africa. The complex has four pools and beautiful gardens that are all maintained to a very high standard. Benahavis is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella where you can experience real Spain. It is a short drive up the hill from the apartment and has an array of spectacular restaurants not to be missed. I would recommend this apartment to fellow travellers. Restaurants to visit would be Ramos in Benavista and Los Abanicos in Benahavis.
We stayed here with our daughter and her 4 children. Very spacious, clean and modern with enough indoor and outdoor equipment for a great family holiday. The terrace has stunning views and enjoys the sun for most of the day. The complex has 4 pools and all were very quiet even in August, in fact we had them all to ourselves on most days! A car is needed as the property is about a 5 minutes drive from the main road and supermarket and about 10 minutes from the lovely village of Benahavis with over 20 restaurants. The beaches of Estepona and San Pedro are with easy access; taxis do operate however from the main security gates. Would recommend the apartment and will try to visit again. Booking and payment was straightforward and Chris kept in contact during the whole process; thank you!
We stayed in the appartment with two kids. The apartment is nicely furnished, clean and fully equipped. The complex is nice and quiet and the view is stunning. In the future we will definitely come back if we are in the neighbourhoud. Thanks Chris en Renata!
We stayed in here for 3 and a half weeks in August 2011. The apartment was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean throughout.
We booked because of this (as we have a child with a heart condition who also suffers from neutropenia - so cleanliness was a priority).
The apartment itself has good size double bedrooms, bathroom/ toilet and a large master bedroom with large en-suite. Large living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. Satellite TV and a DVD played worked well when getting the kids ready
The garden complete with outdoor dinning table, chairs and loungers was a lovely cool spot to relax and overlooks the straight of Gibraltar and Africa (which are clearly visible on a clear day).
Within the complex, I believe there were 5 pools, which were extremely clean and well looked after. We used the very large one at the top near the fountains and gardens (about 3 minutes walk) but there is a nearer one about 1 minutes walk away. We had them practically to ourselves whenever we stayed in the complex (which is unheard of anywhere in August). They are all surrounded by large grass gardens where you can sit and relax. I noticed that these were constantly maintained throughout our stay.
The apartments location is 5 mins off the main road into Benahavis and about 10 minutes drive into Benhavis and all its wonderful restaurants. You will need a car (but you do in most places in Spain).
I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend and as a place to relax and unwind; I don't think you could find a better place to stay for the price. Mary (key holder) was also extremely nice and was on hand for anything we needed.

We had 2 lovely weeks in your very comfortable holiday apartment. Everything was in perfect order. It is beautiful and the location was stunning with fantastic views.
We already miss sitting in the sun on the veranda …
I just want to point out that the website and pictures do not do it justice. We really had a wonderful time, the kids loved it and they had practically their own private swimming pool !!!
We are already discussing returning again next year and will almost certainly be looking to book your apartment again.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment of the balance must be made 6 weeks before the booking commences. If booking less than 6 weeks before the proposed arrival date payment must be made in full. A damage deposit of 300 Euros will also be required with the balance and is refundable within 10 of departure following a successful property inspection.
