Convenient & Cozy!
Love the access to the slopes and proximity to downtown. The parking garage, pool, and hot tub were perks. There's everything you need in this unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine, great location. Beds slept great and check in and out was very easy.

Horrible Mgt Co
Property was ok. Somewhat dated but pretty clean. Checkin was awful. Zero communication from mgt co. Received an email on how to check in an hour and 38 minutes AFTER checkin time. Then had to drive to property mgt office to pick up keys. Checkout was also a hassle. Had to again drive to mgt office to turn in the keys. There has to be a simpler way to do that. Not worth the hassle.

Clean and nice but terrible locks
The only bad thing I would say is that the locks to the condo door and to the garage stick badly. You have to wiggle the key and push the door in and out to get in. At one point I thought I was just going to be locked out because of it. I would recommend factoring in at least a few extra minutes to deal with the lock.

Great place
We went to Breckenridge for late spring skiing and hit the jackpot with snow and a great location. Location is easy walk to the lifts and downtown as advertised. Management company was super responsive and everything was as advertised. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
