Enter a cozy living room with comfortable seating and TV with basic cable a Roku device (stream content with your own accounts). Just off the living room is a table and chairs--perfect for morning coffee, a challenging jigsaw puzzle or game of cards--and the nicely equipped kitchen (with drip and Nespresso coffee makers). Beyond the kitchen is the lovely great room. The great room has comfortable seating and a large dining table with room for everyone. The vaulted ceiling and two sliders to the deck make this a bright and inviting room.

There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and slider to a private balcony--perfect for a bit of birdwatching. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

There is one bedroom on the second floor with a king bed and a twin bed. A loft open to the living room below has a double (full) bed for additional sleeping space. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level.

The third bedroom is in the lower level. This bedroom has a king bed and a slider. The enclosed outdoor shower is just outside the slider. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level. The lower level also has a washer and dryer in the utility room beyond the bathroom.

This home has five window air conditioner units: one in the first floor bedroom with queen, one in the second floor bedroom with king and twin, one in the second floor loft, one in the lower level bedroom with king and one in the great room.

Enjoy the spacious deck off the great room with lounge chairs and outdoor dining. The property also has a charcoal grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Boogie boards available for tenant use.

Close to all the best of Wellfleet. Enjoy exploring the town's ocean and bay beaches, galleries, shops, live entertainment, the Cape Cod Rail Trail (biking and walking) and the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.
