Delicioso apartamento de 2 quartos situado num edifício do século XVIII, com vista para o bairro St Roch - bem no centro desta linda e histórica cidade velha.
O apartamento é confortável e limpo, com grande sala arejada, 1 quarto com cama de casal, segundo quarto com 2 camas individuais, casa de banho (com chuveiro) e uma cozinha tradicional equipada com placa, forno, exaustor, frigorífico, máquina de lavar roupa, microondas etc. É servida por uma empregada de limpeza profissional.
Todas as comodidades perto de mão, incluindo supermercados, lojas chiques, centenas de restaurantes / cafés e pub irlandês! .... E todas as atrações da cidade estão a poucos minutos a pé de distância, incluindo a enorme praça central Place de la Comedie, Museu Fabre, Cathedrale St Pierre, Les Arceux / Peyrou viaduto ....
O novo bonde vai diretamente para a praia agora! A paragem de eléctrico é apenas acima da estrada do apartamento - o passeio leva cerca de 15 minutos e custa 1 €. É também um agradável passeio de bicicleta para a praia na ciclovia dedicada.

Thank you Neil for a great stay in Montpellier. You were so helpful with anything we needed during our time at the apartment. We loved living right in The Historic part of town and were able to walk everywhere.
The apartment is located in a great area of Montpellier, central historic. It is in a lively bar and restaurant area. So can get a bit noisy at night. The photos posted for the apartment are out of date. They no longer reflect the condition of the apartment. The apartment is in need of cleaning, repairing and painting. The second bedroom is an annex off the kitchen with a curtain covering the opening. The Wi-Fi is weak not dependable. The owners personal belongings are left in place. The owner did respond to our request for a second set of keys. Drop them off at the local bar.
We made a great decision to rent this apartment. Upon arriving we were pleasantly surprised with the ample space of the unit. The living room, master bedroom and kitchen were large enough so all four in our family had ample room.The unit was clean and everything was in good working order. Large windows opened up to the street action below. It can get fairly noisy depending on certain citly events but the windows themselves are thick and nearly soundproof so we never had a problem getting to sleep. On warm nights we used fans provided and that's all we needed. The location of apartment is fantastic. It is a short walk to the Montpellier's main city square, Comedie. It is also very close to the tram which is an excellent way of getting around. There are restaurants everywhere nearby, including La Tomate on the first floor, but we had two fantastic dinners at L'idee Saveurs which is just across the street. It has to be one of the best restaurants in town. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The only complaint we would offer was the pots and pans in the kitchen were not good but with all the great dining options around we didn't really need them. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone if you are able to climb a couple flights of stairs. We would definitely stay here again.
This is the second time I've stayed here now and it's been brilliant. It's a typical wee French apartment and it's got everything you could possibly need, including books and DVDs. It's fairly easy to find and it's only a five minute walk from the main square - Place de la Comedie - with all its little cafes and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the owners, Neil and Carrie, are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend as it's perfect for a girlie getaway, a cosy retreat or a city break. Top marks from me!!
We spent one month in this apartment in July/August 2011. The apartment provides a very pleasant and comfortable place from which to explore the vibrant city of Montpellier and the surrounding area. Located in the old town, you can reach most places in Montpellier -- including the train station -- on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. Among the many good restaurants in the neighborhood, we found La Tomate -- the restaurant underneath the apartment -- to be one of the best values in town. Also, the pizza shop across the street on the corner makes very good pizzas. The apartment has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. Neil and Carrie are very professional and pleasant to work with. We definitely recommend their apartment and would stay there again.
The apartment is blessed with a great location, near Eglise St Roch, everything is in walking distance. The restaurant downstairs is France proper, great food and atmosphere.
Apartment decor is shabby chic that adds to its relaxing charm. We were three friends staying, and the ability to sleep in the lounge suited us well, being able to sit round the table in the kitchen putting the world to rights also made it homely.
To get to the bathroom you have to walk through one bedroom, this is screened with curtains.
We had a great week, I loved it so much I have re-booked for April 2011, I have been visiting Montpellier for 8 years and it is great to find home from home. Thanks Carrie & Neil
