This beautiful vacation home offers the perfect space for 3-4 families or if your group is all adults, up to 12 will be most comfortable here.

You’ll find 3 bedrooms & 2 ½ baths in the main house, and 2 more bedrooms + loft & 2 baths in the separate guest house. The main house and guest house are only rented together, and they both offer living/dining space and fully equipped kitchens! It’s the ideal arrangement for large groups to vacation together, but still have some private space too. Your group can enjoy time together by the private pool - and the pristine white sand beach is just one block away!

When you enter the main house, you’ll step into a spacious and bright open living area with loads of seating! Large leather queen sleeper sofas and additional chairs and tables invite your large group to relax together -- maybe watch sports or a movie on the extra large SMART TV. The sleeper sofas feature memory foam mattresses. You’ll appreciate the fireplace, shiny tile floors and professional decor. Move into the open dining area with a large table with chairs and bench seating for up to 8, maybe 10. Five barstools are close-by at the open kitchen bar area.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers plenty of granite counter space for prep, cooking and dining and features stainless appliances. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite vacation meals - pots, pans, utensils, as well as a toaster, blender, hand mixer and microwave. We even include salt, pepper, creamer, sugar and a few spices to get your started. There’s a Keurig D-cup coffee maker, as well as a regular drip coffee maker. And when dinner’s ready, you’ll find all the glasses, plates, bowls, and flatware you need to set the perfect table.

BEDROOM #1 - KING MASTER SUITE, 1st Floor of Main House

Gorgeous hardwood floors welcome you into this private space on the 1st floor of this amazing home. This KING Master Suite is light and bright with a comfortable King bed and side tables with lamps - perfect for enjoying a good book before calling it a night. There’s a comfortable chair for extra seating -- and a large flat-screen TV. You can step directly out to the pool from this room, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom completes this lovely space.

BATHROOM #1 - Ensuite to 1st Floor King Master Suite

This spacious bathroom features a large vanity with two sinks and plenty of cabinet space - so you can unpack and make yourself at home. You’ll enjoy the spa atmosphere and large jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. All bathrooms include large fluffy bath towels and a personal hair dryer.

BATHROOM #2 - Half Bath on 1st Floor

Featuring a sink and toilet, the beautiful half bath is conveniently located near the main house living, dining or kitchen areas.

TWO WASHER/DRYER SETS - You’ll find a washer and dryer in the Main House near the kitchen, as well as another set upstairs in the Guest House.

BEDROOM #2 - KING BEDROOM, 2nd Floor of Main House

This lovely room features a beautiful KING Bed with side tables and lamps. There’s dresser for your clothes, a comfortable chair and a large SMART TV. A double closet provides plenty of storage space too.

BEDROOM #3 - BEDROOM WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS, 2nd Floor of Main House

A great spot for couples, a small family, or just the kids, this comfortable space features 2 full-size beds, a side table, reading lamp and a large SMART TV. A double closet offers plenty of storage space for multiple guests in this room.

BATHROOM #3 - Full Bathroom on 2nd Floor Main House

This bathroom for guests staying in the 2nd floor bedrooms features a double vanity, toilet, and large walk-in shower.

GUEST HOUSE

Just across the pool from the Main House, this Guest House is one-of-a-kind! It’s more than just extra sleeping space -- it’s a fully-contained home with full kitchen, living and dining area too. This arrangement is great for multiple families (or family members who may be on different sleep/eat schedules). Having the second kitchen here is such a bonus -- great for preparing for a poolside cookout or perhaps the early-risers can meet here for breakfast and coffee without disturbing other guests. It’s fully-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc. - just like the Main House.

There’s a comfortable dining space with seating for 8 with a view of the pool and the Main House. There are four large barstools at the kitchen counter for more dining space.

The living area is open to the kitchen and dining space and features a comfortable leather sofa and large chair. With the adjacent dining space, it’s the perfect place to enjoy sports or a favorite movie on the large SMART TV, or keep an eye on what’s happening at the pool.

BATHROOM #4 - Full Bathroom on 1st Floor of Guest House

This beautiful bathroom features a granite vanity, toilet and custom tile walk-in shower.

BEDROOM #4 - QUEEN MASTER SUITE, 2nd floor of Guest House

This inviting space features a beautiful, four-poster Queen Bed, side table with storage and a reading lamp. There’s also a large flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick, so you can wind down with your favorite programs. An ensuite bathroom completes this comfortable suite.

BATHROOM #5 - Ensuite to QUEEN MASTER in Guest House

This full bathroom features a tub/shower combination, single vanity and toilet.

BEDROOM #5 - FULL + TWIN BUNK, 2nd floor of Guest House

A great room for a couple with one child -- or perhaps this is the kid’s room! It features a full bed and a single twin bunk. There’s a small dresser and SMART TV here too.

BEDROOM #6 - LOFT, 2nd floor of Guest House

A twin daybed is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the extra-large SMART TV in this open space upstairs. And it provides sleeping space for one more when it’s time to rest up for the next day’s beach adventures!

PRIVATE POOL

Nestled between the Main House and the Guest House is your own private pool. There’s plenty of seating and dining space here, as well as a large gas grill for your favorite outdoor meals. Two comfortable lounge chairs are nestled next to the house - a great spot to relax after a long day at the beach. To keep the little ones safe, the home is equipped with pool alarms on all doors opening onto the pool area.

OFF-STREET PARKING
There is room for 4-5 vehicles in the driveway, depending on size. There is no on-street parking in Destin.

This home is in the heart of Crystal Beach, a quiet, walkable neighborhood with white picket fences and easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities in Destin. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is less than a half-mile away. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Local favorite, Camille’s, is an easy walk around the corner and The Crab Trap is about a mile east. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go para-sailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!
