The Purple Juniper is an updated and inviting half-duplex four blocks to Main Ave. The home faces a sunny and quiet neighborhood street. It is cozy with an open floor plan with an updated bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and living room are connected by a granite island with three seats. Additional dining seating in the Summer is a four-seat table on the front deck. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one room and two twins in the second room. All beds are solid, plush, and comfortable. Evaporative cooling in the Summer additionally provides for restful nights.

The adjacent unit's primary access is from the back of the house, while Purple Juniper's access is from the front, with dedicated use of the front patio seating, and grill.

In addition to Main Avenue and downtown, hiking and biking trails including the Nature Trail and Sky Steps are within a few blocks of the home. The neighborhood is pedestrian and dog-friendly and the block on which Highland Sage sits is especially quiet and peaceful.

When you arrive, you will have a combination to enter the home. I am readily available to help as much as needed or leave you in privacy per your preference.

Guests are welcome to bring a dog, provided the pup does not get on furniture or beds; the fee is $75 per stay per dog. For stays of only two nights, this is reduced to $50 per dog. No more than two dogs are permitted. Friendly and low-key dispositions are best suited for the pedestrian orientation of the neighborhood.
