D1006 is fully furnished two bedroom Deluxe floor plan that will accommodate up to eight guests with a spacious 1200 sq. feet. There is one private covered parking space for this unit.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, a queen size sofa sleeper, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats 8, along with a bar that seats 2. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets and nice granite counter tops.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a flat screen TV/cable, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There is tile flooring throughout, a washer/dryer, a ceiling fan in the living room and both bedrooms, and the balcony is furnished with a large table, one small table, with four chairs and one lounge chair. Unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico as shown in the pictures. The owner also has a covered parking to accommodate one vehicle as an added convenience of renting D1006.
