The basement has the third bedroom and second bath, another large family room with a Smart flatscreen TV, game area with Foosball table and full laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also plenty of room to set up a queen and twin air-mattresses and crib, all provided.
The also newly renovated dock has a large swim platform with waterslide. The grounds offer room for parking for up to 4 vehicles/trailers (ask about additional parking, if needed), 2 decks and a patio, all with plenty of tables and seating, outdoor gas grill, and firepit.
