This newly redecorated, two-level Snowblaze condo is located in the sought-after Park City Historic District. This location is across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, blocks to grocery stores and shopping, and just six blocks to Main Street! Walk to equipment rentals, lift ticket windows, and the high-speed Payday lift, restaurants, summer mountain activities, and more! You could not get better with this location!

You will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms within 1181 square feet, to comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

From the garage elevator or exterior stairs and up to the front door entryway, you will be greeted by the homes main living area.

Living Room: Contemporary leather furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV with cable, and built-in, cozy reading nook.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offering gorgeous quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your meal at the Kitchen bar with seating for up to four people.

Dining Room: Dining table with seating for six.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (Main Level) - Queen bed, TV with cable, and access to full bath with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - Queen bed, flatscreen TV with cable, and en suite full bath with a shower.
Bedroom 3 -Bunk Room (Upper Level) - Twin over Full bunk bed, and access to a full shared bath with a tub/shower on the lower level.

Great location!

Less than a 5 minute walk up hill behind the condo, you can access all that Park City Mountain has to offer, which is what we did. The elevator in the building is the fastest one we have experienced, which is great. While I would have liked to have had a balcony for our summer trip, I think this 3rd floor condo would be absolutely perfect in the winter when you want to come in and get warm by the fire. Love the kitchen, dining room and family area!

First time to Park City

Property was in a fantastic location! Unit was in great shape and had plenty of space for our 3 young children. Direct access to Park City Mountain and a short ride to Deer Valley. Very easy to get to Main Street as well.

Great Condo Great Price

Great condo that is really close to Park City Mountain. I will be staying in this condo again for sure. The management company was easy to book through and I recommend them.

It all adds up!!!!

This property had numerous things wrong with it and they might seem trivial but they all add up: 1. Not enough towels 2. Poor wifi 3. Beds were not comfortable 4. stair case was broken and a major liability for young kids, asked maintenance to fix it but no improvement 5. hair dryer was broken 6. poor water pressure in shower 7. not enough kitchen supplies 8. one of the beds was not made when we got there, one of the beds is in the living room. The only benefit to this place was the location of the unit. It was an easy walk to the slopes. But for the cost I believe we deserved better accommodations. All these things add up to a poor experience.
