A sala luminosa, localizada à esquerda do hall de entrada, é perfeita para relaxar, com sofás confortáveis e uma mesa de jantar. A cozinha, ao lado da sala de estar, dispõe de aparelhos de aço inoxidável, e uma mesa de jantar maior, que pode acomodar 8 pessoas. Os três quartos, todos contêm camas de casal, estão localizados na parte traseira do apartamento. O quarto principal tem uma casa de banho privativa com duche; e a outra casa de banho, fora do corredor, contém um chuveiro e uma banheira. Todos os quartos têm vista para um pátio interior, o que significa que eles permanecem em silêncio para que possa descansar da melhor forma.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated, clean and located in an amazing neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and upscale shops, a grocery within 1-2 minutes walk and the metro only a 3-5 minute walk. Sights were very easy to get to and it was extremely quiet at night. There was no a/c but it was not a problem at all. Overall, the apartment was cool and there were plenty of fans for night. This apartment was a highlight of our trip as we enjoyed relaxing and cooking at home after long days out. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance we could possibly need to cook. It could not have been more perfect for us. We spent 1 month in Europe and this was a highlight of our trip! We had 2 adults and 3 children and had more than enough room. I can't recommend highly enough!
This was the first time I had dealt with VRBO and I was concerned that the property would not suit all fussy family members, but how wrong I was!
It was a special family trip from Australia to mark my daughters 30'th birthday and she was not disappointed, loving the central location and spacious well equipped apartment. Although it was very hot in the city for the last week of August, all rooms had large opening windows and fans, which helped make a very hot week bearable.
The unit was clean , bright, large and well furnished and I would recommend it for a family wanting a great holiday location.

The description and pictures of this apartment very accurately represent this terrific place. The location could not have been better for us; it is literally around the corner from an on/off bus stop, a Metro stop, and Fauchon. In addition, there is a grocery store that is almost across the street and many other food shops and restaurants close by. The best thing about the location is the quiet street on which the apartment is located. The floor plan is ideal for anyone who prefers separation between the master and the other bedrooms; also all of the bedrooms face the courtyard which is ideal. The large windows in the living area provide great cross ventilation when open. The huge double living area is very comfortably furnished which is much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped including full-sized appliances and a dishwasher. The old charming elevator is cozy for two and great for transporting luggage. And an added bonus is the very professional and efficient property management company that made everything very easy from start to finish---a credit card was accepted for the deposit and final payment, communications were very quick and comprehensive, immediate help was provided when needed, and great information was provided in advance regarding the apartment, area, transportation, etc. All in all, we had a great experience in renting this apartment and would very happily rent it again.
My husband and four teenagers and I rented the flat for a week and cannot recommend it highly enough. The location between Madeleine and Opera Metro stations (and a 7 min. walk to Gare Lazare) was very convenient, although we found ourselves walking to a majority of sights. Place Madeleine is a perfectly beautiful Parisian square and the flat is tucked away on a very quiet street right around the corner. The grocery on the same block was very convenient and the kitchen is very adequately equipped to handle meal prep.
All of the photographs online show this flat exactly as we found it. Lots of light enters all areas and the wifi was great. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, as well as a large dining table for us all to come together. The laundry was also very handy.
The Glamaparis staff was incredibly friendly to work with and they made this a very easy transaction. They very graciously accepted a package that I'd had overnighted from the States and made sure that I got it.
One word though, this is a classic Parisian building (beautifully so!) and the flat is on the third floor. Although there is an perfectly adequate elevator, it's a typical old, European building elevator and is very tiny. Only one person and one suitcase will fit at a time. We used it to lift the suitcases all upstairs and then hoofed it the rest of the week. We may have negated some of the excellent food and wine calories!!
We recently stayed at this incredible apartment for a week. It was everything we had hoped for, and more. The location is fabulous, minutes from the Madeline metro stop and a few more minutes to Opera, and is on a quiet street with local businesses. The apartment itself is really lovely, and extremely spacious. It was wonderful to arrive there after a long day of sightseeing and be able to relax, cook dinner (in the fully equipped kitchen), and prepare for the next activity. The bedrooms are very comfortable and quiet, and there was plenty of room for our group of 6. Both bathrooms have a beautifully tiled shower- one has an enclosed toilet and one a separate toilet down the hallway. Throughout the whole process, Cécile at Glam@paris was amazing- she was available for any questions we had about the apartment or Paris in general. We called Julien upon arrival at the train station, and he left immediately to check us in. Any questions throughout the week (mainly about local cafes/clubs) were answered very quickly via email. Wifi connection was free and excellent- only needed to put the code in each device once upon arrival. There is a great flat screen TV in one of the two living rooms, and one in the master bedroom. The apartment is very secure, with coded entry, although the neighborhood is very safe to begin with. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit, and have already recommended it to friends!

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods (check our special prices &last minute offers)
Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (+3.5% on AMEX, +2.5% on Visa/Mastercards).
Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night. (except for children under 18)
For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
The rent includes: long distance phone calls (free on landlines), wireless internet, hot water and electricity.
