“Robin’s Nest” is one of 4 newly renovated units within a 2 villa, 2 apartment, self-contained gated property, available for short term vacation rental at The Holiday House Villas and Suites. Located on Barbados world renowned Platinum West Coast, in the Holder’s Hill neighborhood of Paynes Bay, the property offers an intimate private setting and is situated on 14,000sq. ft. of landscaped grounds, complemented by lots of on-site parking.

“Robin’s Nest” space saving design ensures that while cozy, you never feel cramped in this charming, bright, sunny air-conditioned one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchenette and wooden shutters for windows in true Bajan style. Take your pick of dining at the breakfast bar or table and enjoy the best budget experience available in this prestigious location in Barbados.

On arrival at this home you will be welcomed by our Property Manager, who will introduce you to the property and its inclusive offerings. Additionally, optional services are available, which can include arranging a starter pack for your kitchen, such as tea, bread, juice, fruit, etc., as well as an on-site, personal chef as required or requested.

Concierge services are also available before arrival or during your stay including: VIP airport fast track arrival service, securing event and restaurant reservations, local transportation, car hires, tours, excursions, water sports and much, much more.

There is also a boutique spa on-premise

Private Transportation can be arranged directly with our Guest Services Coordinator. Public Transportation is also readily available. Taxis are very affordable and are easy to organize in Barbados and there is a bus stop on the corner, which runs up and down the West Coast from Bridgetown through Holetown and on to Speightstown. The buses run extremely frequently and cost 2BD. If you are comfortable driving on the right side, a car would provide you with the maximum flexibility for touring the island.
Additionally, if you enjoy a nice stroll the property is ideally located with easy access to many local areas of interest within 15 minute walk.

Our unit was very comfortable and met all our needs. Off the main highway it was quiet but easily accessible if you like walking or have a car. To top off the positives, the host/owner Robin is an absolutely wonderful person! Attentive and quickly reactive to any concern or request. Hats off too to the acting property manager Ash who seems to work 24 hours a day. We hope to return in the very near future!

Safe, clean and a great place to stay. It would be great to have laundry facilities if staying for an extended period but otherwise it was perfect.

Wonderful and peaceful stay
lovely 1 bedroom apartment with a grocery store close by, with buses near also. Rhema the local site manager was very pleasant to deal with and receptive to our inquiries very quickly. The apartment had the necessary amenities that one would need, the only real draw back to a long stay like we had of 6 weeks would be a larger fridge, that would have be a better option than the mini fridge, but for shorter stays the smaller fridge would be sufficient. Tv and internet works flawlessly, cleaning was done weekly with new linens and towels. Due to the location a car would be beneficial as the villa is located up Holders hills, if you enjoy walking like we do, it wasn't an issue to walk up and down to the beach's, which were located 10 to 15 minutes walk from the villa, also there is buses that run up and down the hill, check the local running time has its about every hour or so,. In speaking with the other guests who stayed in the other apartments while we there, the other guests were also impressed with their accommodations. Overall we highly recommend the Villa for anyone who is looking at staying here and look forward to return trip.

Quiet neighborhood in well established area The condo was well appointed with most necessities but small fridge & well decorated. Patio very nice to sit at The concierge did an excellent job at everything you might need or ask of her Excellent stay Would be back for sure Carl Napp

We first came to Barbados 8 years ago at the urging of a dear friend and immediately fell in love with the island. We came 3 times in that very same year. We love the beautiful people, the awesome, diverse and accessible beaches and all that there is to see and do here, which is oh so much. After our 10th visit, we discovered this wonderful property and knew that it was a place we could make a home away from home for ourselves and others who travel here. With our passion for interior design, hospitality and service, we have created various flexible spaces, that are warm, intimate and inviting, while also being spacious and functional. It gives us great joy to have people tell us how much they enjoy our hospitality, space and friendship. It is a great blessing as are the wonderful Bajan people who help us make the Holiday House Villas and Suites so magical. please come and join us for memories of a lifetime in wonderful Barbados, our island in the sun!!!
