The house was re-built about ten years ago on a pre-existing ruin of the small town, using typical Tuscan materials: terracotta, wooden beams, facing stones.
Free on three sides, it has two small equipped gardens and is on 2 floors. It is furnished with great care, with period furniture and ecological attention. It is about 450 meters high and in summer it is pleasantly cool.
On the ground floor there is a large living area that overlooks the two gardens, with a double sofa bed that can be isolated thanks to a sliding door, the stone fireplace and the kitchenette. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine.
A terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a hallway, a bathroom with two sinks and a shower-box and the large double bedroom with a walk-in closet, with a window overlooking the woods surrounding the small village.
Ideal for holidays with family, in silence and surrounded by nature, but also as a starting point for excursions in the art cities of Tuscany.
