The first floor bathroom (includes tub and shower) has a direct entry to the gym which has a queen-sized futon. The gym can be shut off from the rest of the house by a custom-built barn door, In other words, three bedrooms each have their own full bathroom which easily allows 3 couples to share the house while maintaining their privacy (The gym and master both have televisions and sliding doors to their respective decks.)

This home has been built for fun and recreation for active adults and families. It has a gym, a game room, and a beautiful lakeside bar with an outdoor gas fireplace just feet from the water. The bar includes a small refrigerator for beer and other drinks. There is also a full size freezer that will hold numerous bags of ice.
