Recently renovated slopeside townhouse. Enjoy three floors of luxurious and spacious living in this beautiful, immaculate, well maintained townhouse located at the scenic village at Camelback with mountain views, as well as easy access to the activities on Camelback mountain.

Our home sleeps 10 in 3 bedrooms, has 2 full baths, and other amenities including large flat screen TV, cable, WI-FI, ac, private deck, complete kitchen with garbage disposal and washer/dryer. This beautiful home is one of the cleanest and brightest available at Camelback. Two parking spots are assigned to the unit.

The loft level has a Queen bed with a private bath and shower. The main level has a private deck with Gas BBQ grill, large kitchen with island, the living room with sofa bed/modern furniture, cathedral ceilings and AC. The third and lower level has one bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with one bunked bed and full bed, washer and dryer, & bathroom.

For the skier, you're a short walk away from the trails at Camelback ski area, the best ski resort in the Pocono's with 33 ski and snowboard trails. There are two high-speed quads among 12 lifts in all; and there is also a snow tubing park. Additional winter activities include snowmobiling on winding mountain trails, cross country skiing through beautiful woodlands; horse drawn sleigh rides and ice skating are all nearby.

In the summer, the ski area is converted to Camelbeach water park, one of the area's most popular attractions. In the fall enjoy the beautiful foliage on the mountain. 15 minutes to the popular mount airy casino.

Take advantage of nearby golf, auto racing, horseback riding, fishing, hunting, flying, boating, white water rafting, rock climbing, canoeing, casino, outlet shopping, zip lining & many fine restaurants.

If you're the outdoor type, just minutes away at the top of camelback mountain you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or just the fantastic views at big Pocono state park which include eastern Pennsylvania and parts of New York and New Jersey.

Terrible Experience

The property was not well maintained. The baseboard heater in main room did not work causing the area to be cold. Bathroom door did not operate properly and had to be lifted to close. Min water pipe sprang a leak on second day from corrosion and partially flooded the lower level and our bags and left the condo with no water. Property owner would not respond to request for help. Finally got the property manager to respond and was asked to leave the condo, so they would not have to pay for emergency repair on the weekend and to go to another condo that was not a ski in /ski out, which was what I paid for, but was in the center of the condo complex. I asked the property owner and the property manager for a refund and have not heard anything from either. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a VRBO property. Still waiting to hear from someone.

Noise

Overall nice place. Problem is the noise. The steps, doors, floors. You hear everything. Nothing quite about this place. No sneaking around, you will wake up the entire house.

Weekend family getaway

We stayed for a weekend with two families and 5 small children. The place was clean and comfortable. The smart TV was great during down time with kids. Ada was very responsive for any questions I had. The proximity to the pool, resort, and the beginner slopes were an amazing bonus. The only minor issue was the back door that was broken and required excessive strength to open and close due to no interior handle. All in all we had a great stay!!

Nice location, but..........

We stayed at this property because it was ski on/off. It definitely was. The location was great for skiing. The condo itself was down many steps from the parking lot and was very difficult to unload our stuff from our vehicles. We usually bring all our food and cook while we vacation and that was a challenge. The place was very clean, but we had problems with the exhaust fan over the stove which sounded terrible, so we didn't use it and the refrigerator made a loud noise too and had missing shelves. The place had lots of cabinet space in the kitchen, but there were either no shelves or the shelves weren't stable. The downstairs bathroom door stuck all the time and made a lot of noise in the middle of the night and the sliding glass door doesn't lock and we could barely open it to go out on the balcony. The handle actually broke off. The leather sofa in the family room was comfortable, but was all scratched up. A couple light fixtures were broken as well. Since we do a lot of cooking when we vacation, we were disappointed there were no spices, cooking oil, nothing at all. Most places we stay at, they have had all that. It was a great location, but needs some upkeep!

There are 3 magnificent bedrooms; A master bedroom with a King-sized bed and a full bathroom, an additional suite with a King-sized bed, and 2 bedrooms furnished with Queen-sized beds.

The luxurious living room opens out onto the most amazing natural surroundings, creating a brilliant space for evening entertaining. Admire the beautiful lush scenery through the balcony and windows while cozy upon the couch.

A large Modern kitchen (fully equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances) adjoins a fabulous dining area, complete with yet another spectacular view of the surrounding natural beauty.

Outside, a breezeway leads to a two car parking, and there is plenty of room for other vehicles at nearby parking lot if needed.

The property features a handsome natural wood deck that makes for an incredible BBQ experience, while you look out over the water and just admire the beauty around you.

In addition to all the natural splendor, there are a host of premium outlet stores just a short drive away, (The Crossings) ideal for a bit of retail therapy.
