Great stay!

It is a neat, modern and well equipped apartment situated at the harbour with a view at the Royal Yacht “Britannia”. A bus stop is only a minute away, and a big 24/7-supermarket is also close-by. So all you need is in or around the apartment and it is a perfect place to stay and explore the really nice city of Edinburgh.

The renter is very nice, keeps you well informed and is anxious to make it a marvellous stay.

We were a family of three and can only recommend this apartment!

A Wonderful Find in Edinburgh

We stayed in this flat because we had to attend a family gathering at the recreation complex next door. We were met by John at the flat and he took us through all the details to ensure our stay was as relaxing as possible. The welcome basket was a nice surprise (he has excellent taste in chocolate). Everything was top quality and well maintained - the towels were luxurious. The flat was immaculately clean, a must when staying abroad. John gave us tips about the things to see (The Royal Yacht Britannia was fascinating), pointed out the Asda within walking distance and recommended places to eat. The No. 10 bus is right outside the door and takes you into the heart of Edinburgh. We stayed out quite late one evening and had no problem catching the bus home. We also found it close to a network of bicycle/walking paths, which we took to the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens. The building itself is very secure and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. We would highly recommended this property.

Superb Accomodation

I stayed in this apartment whilst on business in Edinburgh - it proved an excellent choice. The apartment is extremely comfortable, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and provides speedy internet access. It is ideally placed in a quiet waterfront setting within walking distance to waterfront restaurants and the Ocean Terminal shopping and leisure complex but also served by regular buses into the city centre. John and Sharon were most helpful, understanding and approachable in organising the stay. I would recommend this apartment whether in Edinburgh for holiday and leisure purposes or a short business trip - I certainly plan to return.

We can only agree with all the other guests. They are right with everything! And it is even better. :-)

We loved every minute of our stay there. If we will be back in Edinburgh some day we will definitely plan the vacation according to the booking calendar of his flat.

Exceptional Accommodations!

Beautifully maintained apartment with all the amenities you could want. John and Sharon ensured we had what we needed to have an amazing experience while in Scotland. The #10 city bus picked us up just outside the front door and we were able to easily get around the city. There are several great eating places within walking distance of the apartment, as well as, the ASDA store if you need to purchase any personal items. The apartment offered a secure quiet place to relax after fun filled days of sightseeing around this beautiful country! Truly wonderful place to stay!!

Totally relaxing stay

This apartment is the perfect base to explore Edinburgh. Just as described it is finished to the highgest standard and so comfortable the temptation is to stay indoors. A friendly greeting set up our stay and settled us in. As the other reviews say the position is perfect, a few minutes walk away from a good choice of restaurants, a supermarket and shoppong centre. The bus service was close by and regular and took the strain out of getting into the city. When we come back to Edinburgh this will be our first choice, you won't do better
