LOCATION – This custom home is located in The Estates at Snowy Point near the base of Peak 8. It is located within walking distance (approximately 300 yards) to the 4 O’clock Ski Run - when conditions permit.

AMENITIES – The Cawha Outlook Chalet has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you are not in the mood to cook there is a gas grill located on the main level deck. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities you can relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. In addition to the main floor living area, an additional family room is located in the lower level. The family room area comes complete with a minibar, wine fridge and a small living area with a flat screen TV.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking - 2 car garage with 1 space available - 2 outdoor spaces - 3 spaces total
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No Pets/No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• Renters must be a minimum of 30 years old, ID and guest list required at time of booking
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation.

Beautiful location and basically a ski in/out
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was maybe a 5 min walk to the snowflake lift which gives endless access to slopes. It was beautiful home and amazing location! Would stay again!

Spacious yet Cozy cabin in the Mountains
We were traveling with a group of 12 adults for a 40th birthday celebration. The home is located only a couple minutes from Peak 8 base where we started each day skiing. The group thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and spacious kitchen where we gathered for meals. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and appreciated the garage to store skis.

Awesome Vacation House
We loved this house! It’s a perfect location to Breckinridge & has awesome views of the surrounding mountains! A great open space on the main floor to hang out also, plenty of outside deck space as well, which we used quite a bit. Bedrooms we’re all great, plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen if fully stocked which was well used. Good place for wildlife viewing, saw a Moose with her young, a huge Bull Moose, & a few foxes that visited us quite often. BTW we did not feed them but it looked like they had been fed before. The area is very secluded & quiet. It would have been nice if the yard had a fire pit but not sure that is allowed with it possibly being a fire hazard. The web page which showed videos on how to operate the hot tub and other things for the house, etc. was very helpful and thank you for that. Anytime we stay at a vacation home rental we respect the house as if it were our own so I hope we left the house clean and in as good shape and when we arrived. If I had to say anything negative would only be that we found some dirty dishes and the kitchen floor needed cleaning but the rest of the house was clean. There were a couple beverage cans & plastic bottles in the back yard just below the deck. I wished there were more screens for the windows throughout the house . The Master bedroom had none & it was always warm. The ceiling fan did help a little. Outside of those minor nitpicks I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful house.
