Bottom floor has 4 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds with sliding doors out to a large sunning deck. The other 2 bedrooms have a double bed and then a kids room with 2 twins. 2 full bathrooms one with a tub near Childrens bedroom. This floor includes its own living room space with a flat screen smart tv and a pull out couch. It also has sliding doors out to a covered deck with 2 hammock swings. The front porch is great for people watching in the mornings with 2 rocking chairs.
There is an outdoor shower, basketball net, ring game, bike rack, and seating under the house. We provide plenty of beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards. Parking available for 4 cars. No access to garage or basement. Beach badges provided.
