Welcome to this awesome space filled with the sounds of nature and DIRECT beach access. Here you'll be within mins from El Yunque, Bio Bay, Luquillo Kiosks, Ziplinig, Surfing, etc. Grocery store, restaurants & pharmacies are at a walking distance.
This space is literally in front of the BEACH and has direct access so you can walk to the beach and back to the apartment as many times as you need. Oh!! and it has awesome wave sounds too!!! If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask. ENJOY your stay! 0621193296

Great location, unit is a disappointment.

On the positive side, the location was wonderful, the building was nice and safe and the balcony was comfortable with a constant breeze and view of the ocean. the apartment was surface clean. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a swimming pool for the complex. On the negative side, the apartment is in need of some tlc. The appliances are quite rusted and if you have to scotch tape the microwave together, it is time to get a new one. There is no dresser in the bedroom so unpacking your suitcase is an issue. Also, not even a luggage rack for your suitcase. The lighting is inadequate. We would definitely stay in the same area, just not in this apartment.

It could not have been any better!

Getting there: It was an easy 35 minute drive from SJU, even allowing for a flight that arrived around 3 AM. My daughter and I found the condo property easily, met the first of many friendly and helpful security guards at the gate and found plenty of parking readily available. Checking in was fast and friendly, another super nice security guard briefly told us what was around and gave us an info sheet so we would know what was what. The apartment: This was the perfect home base for a beach vacation. It was clean, had the necessary amenities...full kitchen with some bottled water in the fridge and a Brita pitcher. The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft and great for the climate. My daughter reported that the sofa bed was pretty comfy too and enjoyed sleeping with the balcony door and vented windows wide open to the ocean breezes. The bedroom was super cool too with just the window open and the nearly constant breeze coming through. There was an air conditioner but we never turned it on. There is a table for four, two comfy chairs and the sofa, along with seating on the balcony for four with chairs and a table. Kianna provides beach chairs, towels, and past visitors have left the little extras like coffee filters, minimal spices and sugar. Shampoo, soaps, etc. are there if you need them. There is a washer and dryer there which made it really easy and comfortable to do any of the many, many activities in the area and not need to carry a ton of clothes! This is a winner! Last comment....Kianna is an excellent host; she communicated before and during our stay, answered all of my many questions and was super helpful. I had a question about the washer and she replied back within about five minutes. You will not find a better base ( or beach and town!) for a laid back PR vacation than here!

Amazing view and great location!

The apartment was a wonderful location for our mom/daughter beach vacation. It was very clean and we thouroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony! We felt very safe and loved having such an amazing beach so accessible. It was never crowded, even on the weekend! It was great waking along the beach into town or to the kiosks. The city of Luquillo had everything we needed from groceries, to restaurants and a Walgreens. Is was very easy to travel east to Fajardo or west to Rio Grande for more fun.

Amazing Location and View

Our first trip to Puerto Rico and we couldnt have picked a better location. It truly is like having your own personal beach. The town has most of the basics to offer although a better restaurant selection would have been nice. The unit is well equipped and the staff are very friendly. Also, most locals did speak English which was very helpful. Would gladly stay again if we have the opportunity.
