Perfection

Having just returned from our second stay here at this beautiful apartment. Fist time being a group of 7 and second a family of 5, this apartment has lots of space and everything you need for a great holiday. On arrival the place was lovely and clean, bright and airy. Lovely views of the pool from the very large balcony. The location is great for exploring the island, with some lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance.We really enjoyed ourselves. Lovely apartment in an excellent setting

2nd visit to the apartment. Sandra was, again, very welcoming. Everything ready for us. It is a big help having the welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk,water and the all important cold beer. The apartment is very comfortable and has great views. It is central for the local bars and restaurants. We feel very settled and at home in the apartment and have already booked for another 6 weeks August / October.

met all our needs but is a little tired

The apartment is a exactly the same in size and layout to others we have stayed in at winter gardens. However it could do with a bit of tlc as the decor and fittings are a little work and jaded. The wall joining lounge and red bedroom has a bookcase/shelves that separate them-this does not block the whole sifficiently so light and noisr is very evident on this bedroom. However it was very clean and tidy.

Spacious but slightly dated

The main rooms are nicely spread out and position on complex is a nice view.

Lots of steps around complex but ramps are available and very central to activities

Main bed mattress is non existent and very uncomfortable we used mattress from third bedroom instead. Also main room has one blackout curtain and one thin and useless blind.

Overall would stay again as good value for money and very clean

Perfect location, lovely apartment

The owner made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and welcomed to a clean and spacious apartment. The complex was in a perfect location and was safe and secure. We loved all the facilities within the apartment and really feel everything was catered for, we could not really have asked for more, Thank you Sandra, we would definitely return and also recommend to others.

Good apartment in excellent location

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Sandra met us and gave us all the information we needed.she was very helpful and available. The apartment had everything we could have needed and one or two bonuses. The balcony was large with lovely views and included table chairs and sun beds.The whole complex was nice with good facilities at the Bowling area. Both the restaurant and bistro were very good, and the breakfasts were lovely and well worth the charges. All staff met were excellent. As was stated by other visitors reviews, one or two things were a little tired, including the settee and chair, and the dining table and chairs. This did not spoil our visit one little bit,as we rarely used them. We were one couple in a three bedroom property, so had lots of room. We thought it would be fine for up to 4 5 or 6 people. Equipment provided was good,i.e. Tv,cooker,washing machine, microwave,toaster, and several other necessities especially the large fridge freezer. All in all we had a lovely holiday and will no doubt use this apartment again when visiting Tenerife.On our arrival we actually met relatives of the owner,and they were helping to prepare the place for us. It was so obvious the pride they had in making sure everything was ok. Nice touch!
