Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit is equipped with a screened-in porch, board games, and a boat slip, and can comfortably sleep 8 guests. With a minimum 30-day stay requirement, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer.

Relax and unwind on the peaceful screened porch, while watching dolphins play in the bay and boats sail by. Don't forget to bring your own boat for a sunset cruise, as the property is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the beach and other popular attractions.

Inside, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen, three bedrooms, and a spacious living area for your comfort and enjoyment. For those looking to stay active, our fitness facility offers a challenging workout, followed by a relaxing soak in the large Jacuzzi or a refreshing swim in the uncrowded pool.

Boat and jet-ski slips are available, and you can also spend time on the pier, fishing or simply splashing your feet in the water. Enjoy the slower pace of life at the Gulf Coast and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Please note that this is a smoke-free property, inside and outside (including the porches and balconies). Each reservation is limited to 1-2 cars, as determined by condo association rules. Visitors are not permitted to bring boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts into the designated parking area. All passes must be prepaid in advance and displayed on the vehicle at all times.

Additionally, there is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to rent this unit, and no exceptions will be made. No pets are allowed on the property under any circumstances.
