The twin bedroom has a walk in shower and basin which is open plan and there is a room divider for those who would prefer a little extra privacy. The second toilet is under the stairs. There is climatasion/ air conditioning downstairs and in the double bedroom. There is a dining room and small but well equipped kitchen.
The terraces and vault are stone walled with the lower terrace and vault offering shade and lovely areas to eat meals at every part of the day and to relax. The top terrace has wonderful views across the valley and surrounding mountains and the sunsets from here are beautiful and can be enjoyed over a glass of good French wine. The nearby village square has a Tabac(cafe),which apart from the usual cafe wares it also sells croissants and baguettes, and more. There is also a chemist and good restaurant just off the square and a Pizzeria. Lovely L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the ‘antique capital’ of France, is just 5kms away and has banks, supermarkets, a wonderful Sunday market, a great number of very good restaurants in lovely settings along the canals and in the winding streets, a tourist centre and all you may need. You can take daily excursions or take wonderful walks directly from the village into the surrounding area and along the canal to the aqueduct and Fontaine de Vaucluse.
