We had a fantastic vacation at this apartment, you have all you need both in the apartment and at the resort, which is a fantastic place whit at lot of facilities. Both the owner and the people who working at the resort are most service set and we got all the information and help we needed. We will certainly recommend this property to friends and we will certainly be back :)

Great peaceful location, spacious and clean condo in a great resort with excellent amenities. Plenty of pools, restaurant on site, close to the parks. Well maintained grounds, friendly staff.
Carol was fantastic, made everything very easy for us. Effortless. Condo was equipped with everything we needed from washer/dryer to coffee machine to hairdryer. Plus lots of towels, which was appreciated as saved space in luggage!
Would stay here again, and will be recommending to friends and family.
Enjoyed our stay @ Bahama Bay very much. This was our first visit (we were there for 2 months) Property well cared for and clean. The condo had carpets and living room furniture replaced in previous month. Maintenance and/or housekeeping responded to our concerns in a timely manner . All staff were friendly and helpful. Occasionally noise from upper condo can be annoying. Enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs= kept sufficiently warm and clean. We were disappointed that BBQ's were not available closer to our unit and personal propane BBQ's were not permitted. The proximity to grocery stores, pharmacy and tourist attractions were a plus. Kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes, etc. As a longer term guest I know what to bring from my own kitchen to supplement-e.g. sharp carving knives. We look forward to next winter's stay and would recommend Bahama Bay to our friends
I'd been to Orlando before, but not to the West of Disney. This complex is well maintained in a beautiful quiet spot, yet close enough to outlets, Disney and the I4 to Universal and beyond. The grounds, pools and nature reserve are a calm alternative to the busy parks if you need a break.
Carol was very helpful and the booking process was painless, she kept in touch to make sure we were ok (even when site management thought we hadn't arived!).
I've no doubt we'll be back to Orlando in a couple of years, and this will be my first choice for accommodation.
We spent 18 fantastic nights in Rum Run Bahama Bay. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and in a great location. The quality and standard of the resort is exceptional with our kids preferring to play tennis and swim rather than go the theme parks. Carol was fantastic with great communication and advice. We are hoping to return at the same time next year because holidays dont get better than this. See you soon!
Working with Carol was a breath of fresh air. The property was spacious and exactly what we expected. The location is very centrally located to all the activities, shopping, etc. Privacy and security gives you peace of mind throughout your stay. Pool access is great with 4 there is one close to every building. Washer and dryer in unit is a nice added feature. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay when we are in the area again.

Reception hold $200 on a credit card against damage and charges. (shown in quote as £)
A $5.95 per day resort amenity fee is optional to guests of owners.

I ask for either £100 or $100 non refundable deposit. For longer stays this could be 10% of the value of your stay. The balance is due 6 weeks ahead of departure. I take payments through PayPal for guests outside the UK, but guests in the UK can pay by cheque for direct payment.
