Newly renovated home-located close to major Los Angeles attractions. The home is close to the trendy NoHo Arts District, Restaurants, boutiques, Universal Studios and the Hollywood Walk of fame. The home has 4 bedrooms, renovated kitchen, and pool, dining room, flat screen TV, office work area, plenty of storage closets and a full bathroom. The home is located near the 170 Fwy which connects to the 101, 135, 405 and other major freeways that make Los Angeles travel more accessible.
The home also boasts a full gourmet kitchen including stove top, oven, large refrigerator, granite countertops, toaster oven, dishes, pots, utensils, plenty of counter space and storage. The home also offers a full laundry room with large side-by-side washer & dryer. The house has central heat & air.
The home is truly a home away from home. Each part of the home is well stocked with extra towels, extra pillows and extra bedding. The pool area has string lights in the evening to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

Dining area seats 6 guests comfortably and has additional areas for guest seating.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has been fully renovated and well stocked with all needed to create a delicious meal. There are plenty of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, knife block set, and cutting boards. The kitchen has a brand new gas stove oven range combination. The gas stove allows you to create delicious home cook meals and the granite counter tops provide with ample prep space for preparing your meal.
Backyard:
The outdoor pool area has a gate surrounding the pool that gives peace of mind to guests and helps ensure safety for young kids. The pool area has several different seating areas that give you the option to enjoy the pool area all day long. There is an outdoor gas grill that over looks the pool area.
Pool heating costs depend on your stay but to heat the pool is an additional cost. Please inquire when booking the property for the exact amount. Typically, the daily heating cost is $40-55 depending on the time of year and the heated Temp of the pool. The Jacuzzi is free to use.
Parking:
The property has a gated carport that can house up to two cars. A gate opener that is provided upon check in opens the carport making it simple to enter into the property.
Credit card payments: a 3.5% charge will be added for the processing charge.
There is also plenty of street parking right in front of the property with no day or time restrictions.
