We had a wonderful 18 day stay at 7 Springcourt. It is in a small, well maintained complex and in a very quiet location. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We spent many hours relaxing on the patio, where there was always shade and a beautiful breeze. The pool was very enjoyable and only a few steps from our patio. The apartment was cleaned weekly, as well as the linens and towels changed. The wireless internet worked perfectly. John, the owner, was very accommodating and readily available to help in any way, as was also the local manager, Brian.
We didn't do much sight seeing, as this was the fifth time we had vacationed in Barbados, and had already been to most places of interest. We did; however, take the three hour Historic Garrison tour, which runs on Thursday mornings. It was very interesting and informative. Our guide, Peter, was excellent and very knowledgeable. It was well worth the cost of the tour.
We enjoyed a walk on the boardwalk and visits to the Hastings market. We had some great meals at restaurants we liked from previous years - Bert's and Cutters (on the east coast near The Crane), as well as some restaurants that were new to us - Shakers, Tapas, Just Grillin' and Champers.
We had several up-close sightings of the monkeys during our stay. One day several walked on the driveway and along the fence right by our patio - with us sitting there! Another day, there were more than twenty of them (we lost count) that came over from the neighbour's property onto the wall beside the pool. Some stayed for a while, sitting, grooming, etc. then jumped down to the pool deck, ran across it, then off into the undergrowth and nearby trees. It was very exciting to see. We were able to get some good videos - so keep your camera handy!
The website says that a car is recommended and we would agree with that. We did not have one, so took taxis where we needed to go - or at least down to the main road where we could then get one of the $2 buses that will take you pretty much anywhere. The taxis worked out fine for us and we found a driver who was very reliable and who we called regularly. The grocery store, Massy, has a free shuttle which will bring you back to the apartment, so that was very much appreciated.
In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 7 Springcourt. It was a quiet, relaxing spot from which to enjoy Barbados. We had a wonderful time!
The apartment is on a quiet complex in a peaceful location but only 20 minutes stroll to popular Accra Beach - ideal location to combine peace and quiet with busier beach visits. There are other beaches and the boardwalk within walking distance too.
Several other apartments were occupied while we were there but we still had the pool to ourselves.
We chose not to hire a car and didn't miss it - there are ample buses and taxis if you don't want to walk.
The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Everything was as advertised.
John was very easy to deal with answering any queries immediately. The local contact, Brian, was helpful and informative.
All-in-all, we had a fabulous time and would love to return.
It was a pleasure to deal with John who was prompt with his replies by both phone and email.
The apartment had everything we needed for our four week stay and the pool was our own until our friends arrived in January.The WiFi connection is excellent and kept us in touch with family back home.The washing machine was a big plus for us due to our length of stay. Rockley has everything you need and the supermarket has a free bus service,there are so many great bars and restaurants to many to mention but for a day at the beach Tiki Bar has to be mentioned you pay for the sunbeds but get you money back in Tiki Dollars to spend over the bar.This apartment gives you the opportunity to enjoy everything in Barbados but also to have some nice relaxing days just around the pool.We will definitely use Johns apartment for our next stay.
The was our 5th holiday to Barbados and our 5th stay at Spring Court which pretty much says it all. This year we went for the full two weeks to get away from the gloom and dark nights of the mid UK winter.
Still managed to find new beaches and restaurants with a special mention to the Fish Pot who served us Rum Punches on the beach until it was time to retire to their restaurant for a long lazy lunch.
A visit to St Nicholas Abbey a beautiful rum plantation and distillery. We still have their rum to enjoy and remind us of their hospitality.
Hunters Garden hosted by an enthusiastic eccentric who has built a forest of tropical plants and beautiful artifacts. A must have stop if you are visiting the Island.
Spring Court is the perfect place to stay, peace and tranquility but close to the beach and close to the restaurants.

Upon arrival and departure we were met by the property manager to view the apartment and exchange keys. He is very personable and punctual. Both the owner and property manager are very quick at responding to any questions or concerns. The apartment is clean, well laid out, and the bed is comfortable. It is located next to the pool area and is quiet and fairly private. The pool is cleaned regularly and is not used by many so most of the time you have it to yourself. The patio is a wonderful place to enjoy any meal or just relax. If you are lucky you will see the monkeys pass by going to and from the Rockly Golf Course. Many sightings during our time here! If you like to walk, many shops, restaurants and the boardwalk are all within 20 minutes. It is great to be out and about with all the happenings yet return home to the peace and quiet. If you want to rent a car it is advisable to book one early. In the peak season they do book up. It is easy to hail a cab, or use the ZR vans or bus service. All are very reasonable and easy to use to navigate your way around. This is our second time staying at this condo. We feel very safe and enjoy our time here very much. Hope to return again soon.
The quiet setting of this condo allowed me the opportunity to unplug and relax which is exactly what I needed. The privacy of the patio allowed me to sit outside knitting, reading or visiting with friends in peace. The pool was infrequently used by others so it was like having a private pool to myself! The WiFi worked well allowing me to stay in touch with my staff in Canada. Thirty minutes from the airport, five minutes from busy beaches, great restaurants and St. Lawrence Gap! This condo is ideal if your looking for a quiet getaway in a convenient location. Making arrangements for this condo went smoothly, the owner is very easy to communicate with. I had a great break and will return, what better recommendation is there!

Fresh linens, towels / beach towels well as maid service once a week are included. Additional maid service can be arranged for an added fee. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking and the balance is payable 45 days before arrival.
