Great place to stay, spotless and roomy

Been to Orlando three times now and stayed in various sized apartments , always at least 3 bed , and I must say this is the most generously sized apartment we have stayed in to date. Well equipped Kitchen , Living room and bedrooms , each bedroom as its own bathroom which is a god send if you have kids who can hog the bathroom in a morning.

Owner , Sam , is very good at communication , replies swiftly to emails and you cannot ask for more in a holiday rental.

Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the Orlando/Disney area , about 10 mins from Disney , 20 from SeaWorld and about 30 from Universal and MCO.

Ideally situated for places to eat on the 192 , we recommend Longhorns/Mannys Chophouse/Texas Roadhouse , plenty more to choose from besides those three.

Although there is a Publix within walking distance , great for the basics on arrival ,we prefer the much cheaper Walmart about 5 mins north on the 27 , which we knew about from our previous visits to the area.

If you're looking for a place to stay on your holiday then look no further , you wont find anything better for the price , 5 stars.

perfect comfort

I really do not know how highly I can recommend this property. It is clean, tidy, comfortable, very well equipped, convienent, comfortable, air conditioned, spacious and again comfortable. A real home from home. Sam is a pleasure to deal with. Answers any query and I mean any. He even found a local gym for my daughter to attend. Thank you so much for helping a 13 year old have a dream come true. The pictures really do not do justice to this large living area condo. So very very comfortable the beds are a luxury. Everything you could need is here. I can not thank Sam and Pearl enough for allowing us the privilege to share their American home. Thank you so much I look forward to hopefully being lucky enough to go here again and use this beautiful home from home.

This really is a fantastic place to stay. If you have teenagers there is space for them to have their own rooms bathrooms and privacy. This is near to Disney a bit further to Universal but worth the effort. The drive is an easy one to either place. Lots of local conviences about such as Walmart, Wendys and McDonalds. My teenagers both used the complex pool. They had it to themselves really happy about that. The whole area is peaceful, beautiful, clean and well looked after. Parking was really easy basically right outside very welcoming when you have been on feet all day around theme parks. The sofas are very welcoming when you need to chill before bed.

Fantastic Five

This was our fifth stay here in five years and again I must give it a full five stars (along with 99.99% of everybody else who has ever stayed here, which pretty much speaks for itself!).

Once again we have enjoyed ourselves so much that we have booked again for next year (you might spot a little bit of a reoccurring theme if you read our previous reviews).

As always, the booking process, and dealing with Sam was a total pleasure, and the accommodation was immaculate as always.

We use Homeaway now when booking accommodation for all of our holidays and have done so for about five years. We have therefore stayed at many different places, and paid different amounts of money per night, and I can say unequivocally that this is by far the nicest place that we have stayed at and also represents the best value for money.

A few new restaurants have opened since our last trip, including a Manny's Chophouse on the 192. It was our first time at a Manny's Chophouse and the atmosphere and food were excellent. The food is similar to the Texas / Logan's Roadhouse but the atmosphere was much more fun and upbeat, I would highly recommend.

So once again, thank you Sam for letting us stay at your wonderful condo and we are already counting down the days to our next visit.

Fabolous !!

We arrived from Glasgow with excellent instructions from Sam. Easy access to condo, immaculately presented ,better than the pictures .The pool and surrounding area was great ,very clean .Our kids were various ages and I felt the Bella piazza catered for them all ,the older ones were able to take a short walk to the shopping area on their own ,and when eating at Mias piazza place ,it felt safe .

Sam had left an instruction and tip folder for our convenience ,this proved very helpful. We had the best holiday ,Thank you .

Home away from home

Our stay at the Bella Piazza was fantastic. The booking process was fast and easy. The condo is in a quiet and peaceful area, just a short ride to the Disney attractions. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. It is nicely furnished and provides all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Communication with the owner, Sam, was easy and he made sure our stay was pleasant. I am sure anyone looking to visit the Disney resorts or surrounding area would be very happy staying here.

Wonderful stay in a fantastically appointed home

Myself, my husband and 8 year old daughter stayed here for 16 days and we found it to be a real home from home. We were impressed with the standard of the property and everything that we might have needed (and more) was provided. The location is fantastic and provides an easy drive to the Disney Parks, Universal Studio's and shopping outlets / malls yet takes you away from the 'hustle and bustle' of the main International Drive area. The complex the condo sits within has a great supermarket and a selection of really good take out services including Thai, Chinese, Pizza & Indian. Last but by no means least, Sam, the owner of the property is brilliant - providing great communication up to, during and after our stay. The information he provided prior to our visit was really helpful and made settling in and finding our way around a lot easier having never travelled to Orlando before. Having such a great place to stay and genuine support from the owner contributed greatly to an unforgettable holiday and should we decide to revisit we would hope to be able to stay here again.
