We had a fun and comfortable two months at the villa. Rosalyn was a wonder to work with and stayed in touch with us during our stay. The villa was clean and comfortable and location was great with a grocery store one block away and just 20 minutes from Disney World not to mention the many resturants in the area. We like walking and many people in the area do the same thing. The pool was a nice break from the Disney parks with a lot of sunshine. We had a good time there and will see if we can get back next year.
My family and I returned over a week ago from vacationing in this fantastic place. We loved and enjoyed every moment in this spacious and clean villa. Two small issues arose during our stay, which were addressed promptly. Great staff to deal with. Pool was warm and clean, we all enjoyed it very much. Being able to grill outside on the days we stayed in was great. Game room was a big plus, but really hot. Having a fan in there might help. Kids enjoyed it anyway. Easy access to I-4 & 192. The only negative thing I would say was the truck traffic on Sandmine RD. However, it wasn't soo bad as to keep us from returning. We would definitely rent again and/or recommend to others. We had a great stay in this villa. The villa itself was spacious and beautifully presented in an ideal location situated close to all the Disney parks. We went to a lot of the places Rosalyn recommended including Mannys Chop House which was lovely and reasonably priced. The beds were soo comfortable and just what we needed after the amount of walking we had done throughout the day. The children loved the pool and would recommend paying for it to be heated! Overall we would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again!! Thank you!
Overall, we had a good stay at this property. However, the location so close to Sandmine Road was a problem for us because of the noise. This was the first thing we noticed on our first night. We had difficulty sleeping because of all the truck traffic, which began at about 4 AM and was quite constant and very loud. Our son came to visit for two weeks, and he works from home. His first instinct was that he was not going to be able to work because of the distraction, but he stayed and made the best of it. It is a nice house, close to grocery store and restaurants; but we probably will not stay there again because of the above problem. This would probably not be a problem for a larger family with children. We're not as used to noise as we used to be.
We were 7 people staying for 9 nights over Christmas and new year and we really enjoyed our stay. There's lots of space and everything you need is available. We all enjoyed the pooltable and the air hockey table in the garage/game room. Most of all we enjoyed the pool!
The villa is perfectly located close by the little towncenter witch makes it possible to walk to Publix and the nearby restaurants. The Highland Reserve is overall a really nice neighborhood. The villa's location is also great to reach all the attractions in Orlando. You can take the HW27 and/or HW192 to reach interstate 4 in just a few minutes.
The villa's location, close to Sand Mine rd, is however also one minor negative thing since you can be disturbed by the traffic. During our stay there were some pretty intense heavy traffic passing by. For us, this was not a big issue.
This villa is a wonderful place to stay and ideally located on Highland's Reserve. It's local to supermarkets and restaurants and convenient for the parks. The villa itself is immaculate and it's amenities first class. We have been to Florida many, many times and the presentation of this villa was impeccable. John and Rosalyn were very pleasant to deal with. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending it.

A fully refundable deposit of £250 is charged to insure against any loss/damage to the property. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure.
