Belgravia Club is a superb location. The Apartment it self is quite charming and the kitchen is equipped with every thing one could possibly require. Everywhere was spotlessly clean with two good sized bathrooms. The only downside really was the Terrace. At the far end it was a boarded up with panels and some kind of dark green fencing, spoiling views of the gardens and making the Master Bedroom very dark indeed. This is because of the Hot Tub, why anybody would wish to be in a hot tub in a hot country is beyond my comprehension !!! I realise the panelling is for privacy, but it does rather spoil things. There were garden chairs to sit in the very nice garden and the weather was superb. We did enjoy our stay. We had two superb meals at Le Petit Paris just a few yards up the Avenue del Carmen and an Italian/Belgium Resturant down in the Port. Would I stay again? Not in this apartment but would certainly return to The Belgravia Club.

The clients who submitted this review sent to me on leaving the apartment quote "the apartment was superb and we look forward to renting again". Subsequently l had to inform them that the cleaning exit report from my caretaker was not good and l think this has generated this less than truthful review.
Answering the criticism the terrace runs the whole length of the rear of the apartment and the hot tub only takes up a third of the space. The remaining area has patio set, sunchairs and barbecue for clients use. My winter clients are always highly delighted with the hot tub and facilities. I have recently added high speed internet access to the apartment and full English channels to the T V.
Excellent apartment in an excellent location
We stayed in the apartment June 2016, it's well equipped with everything that was needed to enjoy a holiday. It's in a very quite location and the complex is set out very nice as well with a nice pool. The location is just a short walk into the port area with some excellent bars and restaurants. The old town is also a short walk away. If we returned to Estepona again we will be rebooking if available.
Lovely apartment Estepona close to Marina
Excellent, well equipped apartment. Great location , 5 min walk to marina and nearest shops/ bars , less than 10 mins to beach. Also parking and secure entry to complex. Lovely situation , very good pool , very happy during our stay . We have been in Estepona several times and can recommend as a location , easy to drive to Gibraltar, Ronda, Tarifa and Cadiz ( all if which we've done during various stays ) .

Merci pour ces belles vacances. Je recommande cette location parfaite. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Nous étions 5 dans l'appartement dont 3 enfants et tout le monde a été satisfait. Très bel appartement spacieux, très propre, dans une très belle résidence arborée, bien entretenue et très calme. Seul petit problème, les places de parking se font rares au mois d'août. La piscine est très agréable, assez de place pour tout le monde. Estépona est une belle ville, calme, belle plage, loin des stations balnéaires bondées et leurs innombrables immeubles. Beaucoup de visites alentours à prévoir. La propriétaire est agréable et de confiance !!! Merci encore pour tout. N'hésitez pas à y aller, vous ne serez pas déçus.
A beautiful, well maintained apartment
The first impression one get is a degree of exclusivity. We loved the fact that the apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a lovely Spanish feel to it. The Sky box was an added bonus for the kids. The patio area had a jacuzzi which was perfect for sipping the local vine after a hard day walking around the local port area sampling the tapas and bodegas. The apartment is a lovely place to stay with ample space for our family of two adults and an energetic 9 year old. The owner was very accommodating with the dates as we wanted more than 7 nights but could not do 14 nights. I would certainly recommend this apartment wether you wanted to just stay in the complex or wonder around the local area (including the unspoilt 'old town'). We will certainly be returning customers!
Excellent villa, perfect for our family holiday
We had a superb holiday staying at this apartment in Estepona. The accommodation was more than adequate for our family of four. The kitchen was kitted out with all mod cons we're used to at home, the lounge has a comfy sofa including arm chair, Sky TV to keep the kids happy and a magnificent jacuzzi for us to fall asleep in after a long hard day at the nearby beach! The amenities and local restaurants are a short stumble home from the port so to summarise the apartment: Great location, beach less than 5 mins walk, hot tub to enjoy when the kids are in bed and more than enough space. Not to mention super cool air con to keep the hot Spanish weather at bay! Wonderful. Mrs M and family. Surrey.

In 2018, an annex bedroom was added to the 2nd bedroom. This is available at normal rate as a suite with sofa or as a separate bedroom with luxury bunk beds for children at an extra cost of £100 per week exc. Summer rate.
