I left my cell phone in an Uber car and the driver brought it back to me immediately. It helps if you speak a little Spanish.
The air conditioner in the bedroom needs a little work.

Week in Panama
We spent a week in Scotty's apartment in April. After some initial misunderstanding everything worked great for us. View from the balcony is amazing, bed is comfortable, kitchen has all basic appliances (but could have some updates). We did spend some time on the roof top enjoying the pool, nice breeze and the view. Location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Scotty was very helpful providing all king of advice around Panama and made sure we are taken care of while in his city. Thanks a lot for Peter's birthday present that was unexpected and ...very tasty.

Spent 10 days at this location with spectacular view and I can say that it was worth every minute. Besides the perfect location, apartment was clean, well equipped with all necessary. Suitable for both business and leisure.One of the best spots of the city, with restaurants, coffee shops, mini markets at only minutes walking distance and only 10-15 minutes by car to the old town and the fish market. The scenery looking out on the windows surrounding the whole apartment is really spectacular at any hour of the day or night.

Home in the Sky
This is a wonderful, compact and roomy apartment with everything one needs to enjoy a brief or an extended stay in Panama City. The views are incredible, day and night, the reception staff for the building is very responsive to guests’ questions, providing excellent building security, and the gym, sauna and pool on the upper levels is a clear bonus. Wifi is very fast! TV selections are extensive, both in English and Spanish. The kitchen is complete to nearly any cook’s standard. There is a pantry containing a clothes washer and dryer. The spacious bedroom is ensuite with a walk-in closet. There is a second guest lavatory off the entryway. From the building location on Balboa Avenue, one can quickly reach many of the sights most tourist would wish to see, each a short, inexpensive cab ride away. Fronting the bay across the boulevard, and accessible by pedestrian overpass, is a walking, jogging, biking path extending nearly to The Mercado de Mariscos, Chinatown, and Casco Viejo, with its many fine dining options. One block over and fronting the first parallel street there is a complete, small grocery, “Foodie,” that will supply all grocery needs and more. Additionally, the biggest Grocery store in the city Riba Smith is but an half mile distant. For those wishing to dine out in the immediate neighborhood there are a number of options along this same street. The owner of the apartment Scotty is great to work with and supplies guests with an extensive and informative introductory packet. Should I return again to Panama, a likely event, I and my companion will first try to secure this apartment for our stay. Thanks, Scotty!

Great for city life
"Scotty" was a great help while we we at the apartment. The bed was comfortable, as was the furniture, which isn't always the case with a rental. The apartment could use some updating, but served our needs just fine. "Chewy," the driver, was excellent. We hired him for a few hours and enjoyed the conversation. Warning, always ask cab drivers how much the ride will cost before you get in. We were charged $15 for a $3 ride a couple of times.
Incrível localização O B E S T !!!! Observe que há muitos edifícios na Avenida Balboa para alugar, mas nenhum exceto este edifício tem 220 graus de vista. Também vamos falar sobre o problema real com prédios em Panama high end aluguel distrito. Um dos belos edifícios tenho edições do elevador! Você pode esperar por um elevador em muitos destes edifícios para até 5 minutos. Fale sobre agravante eo mesmo quando você retornar ao voltar-se! Eles são lindos, mas os proprietários nunca dizer-lhe sobre o edifício ser mais povoada com WAY para curto em elevadores. Não com a gente nunca espera mais de 30 segundos para um elevador. Eu sou um arquiteto e esta é a primeira coisa que eu olhar antes de eu comprar. Nós somos o mais rápido no Panamá a sua não vai ficar louco aqui!

Absoluto melhor localização na cidade inteira. Ao lado do Centro Comercial Muti Centro, etc .: Nota para Chegar, é mais fácil nos encontrar ao lado: Chega ao Coffee Bean, em Balboa Strip Mall, também conhecido como Balboa Botiques. Encontre-se no piso térreo em grãos de café e nós escoltá-lo para o edifício. Observe que esta é na Avenida Balboa logo após o Multi Centro Mall na Avenida Balboa.
