Excellent family stay

Party of: Myself, partner, her parents, my sister, brother-in-law, my daughter and 2 nephews (6months; 10months, 2years)

Very enjoyable. Duck pond outside property was lovely for the children and very friendly passers-by.

Steam engine taken from Holt to Sherringhan was a must. Very friendly staff and amazing photo opportunities.

Property was well kept, excellent condition and spacious.

High chair and travel cot provided were excellent condition.

Welcome pack and bottle of wine in fridge on arrival was lovely addition.

Meeting Val on 1st evening to ensure we were settled in was also very pleasant.

All queries prior to arrival were accommodated and responded to promptly.

Hopefully will stay in one of her properties again!

Excellent - Lovely Homely Feel!

This was an excellent choice, everyone felt at home, and didn't want to leave. Really nice open views towards the sea, which can be easily accessed by a nearby footpath. Regular bus route too, so nice to walk in either direction and bus back. Choice of sheltered courtyard, or nice lawn - with outdoor table and chairs with open views. Ideal for relaxation, family meet ups. Lovely kitchen, with everything you need. Well presented, with lots of cottage charm and character. Parking for 5+ cars. Unbeatable!

Jewel in the crown

This is our third visit to Creek Cottage and we are never disappointed. Val always makes the time to come and welcome you into her home. The cottage is clean and well maintained with thoughtful touches. Location is superb everything you need right on the doorstep, beach, pub, lovely walks and local bus stop directly opposite the cottage. I can never tire of being there it is such a restful place .

Practically perfect in every way!

We had the best long weekend at Creek cottage over the May Bank holiday. We were 2 families with 3 children and 4 adults. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived and there was more than enough room for everyone without the cottage feeling cramped. The location was excellent. Right across the road was a duck pond which the children loved and a 5 min walk away was the beach. The kitchen was the hub of the house with a heated floor and it felt like a home from home. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. Nothing was too much trouble for Val and the property was beautifully maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.... We've already booked to return again next year. Xxx

The perfect family bolthole for fun by the sea !

A fabulous stay made all the more enjoyable by a beautiful property. Great family kitchen, cosy lounge overlooking the sea, the kids had loads of fun playing in the garden and it was literally 5 minutes walk to the beach ! Val and he team will look after you from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave. I would recommend this lovely holiday home to everyone !

Stunning cottage. Lots of space and ideal location

We chose this cottage as it was ideally located to many local attractions, but also, despite there only being 2 of us (plus dog!) we like plenty of space!

The cottage can easily accommodate a couple of families in complete comfort.

The location is fantastic - right across the road from the duck pond and a few minutes walk from the beach, which is in view from the front garden. It's 10 mins drive (max) to Sherringham and a few minutes more on to East Runton which is where I holiday'd as a child, so many happy memories of this area.

Lots of fantastic walks are right on the doorstep.

We had family visit us at the cottage one day and loved just sitting in the front garden watching the wildlife and views over the marsh and beach.

The cottage itself is immaculately presented. The decoration is modern, airy and well thought out. Lovely kitchen with everything you need. Beds are super comfortable.

Owner, Val, is very welcoming and a nice welcome pack of wine and biscuits upon arrival. Really can't fault it and we will return I am sure.
