Atlantic Terrace On Pompano Beach is a 4 story complex right on the beautiful Pompano beach! We are located at 3401 N.E. 10th St. Pompano Beach, 33062 We are a 1/2 mile south of the pompano lighthouse.

WE WOULD LIKE TO BE VERY TRANSPARENT BY TELLING YOU THAT THERE IS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT TO US. MOST OF OUR GUESTS ALL SEASON HAVE NOT BEEN BOTHERED BY IT, BUT A FEW WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE NOISE. WE FEEL IF THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MAY BE BOTHERSOME TO YOU,, YOU MAY RECONSIDER BOOKING WITH US AT THIS TIME. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR COMPENSATION FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THAT THE CITY OF POMPANO ALLOWS.

This studio condo is located on the 1st floor a few from our pool and private beach area. Your free parking space is right outside your door. We have a heated pool that steps down to our private beach with 2 grills, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and loungers.
The condo has a queen serta memory foam murphy bed and a full size futon sofa/bed all linens are provided. It also has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron/board, microwave, hairdryer, beach chairs, & beach towels. There is a full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes. Start up paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, dish soap, & hand soap.

This is a great place if you are looking for a more private atmosphere. We have 6 other units in this complex available for rentals.
