The Guest House sits right by the pool and hot tub so its an easy stroll to enjoy both. Additionally, you can walk down to the water for the boat dock, kayaks or fishing on the dock.

The house has two sitting areas and a dining area. New flooring and paint give a fresh look. The house also has a quaint gas fireplace (seasonal) so you are ready to go when you walk in.

Two bedrooms are upstairs sharing a bath and a king bed and bunkbeds on the bottom level with its own bath, washer and dryer. The downstairs bedrooms are connected with a door with a twin bunk bed with a full bed underneath the twin and a king in the larger room. The two rooms downstairs share a bath as well.

The property is right at the mouth of large cove just two coves to the west from the Rough Hollow Marina. It is easy to get to and even better it is easy to boat to any of the great restaurants with as little as a 5 to 20 minute boat ride.
