It is a terrific place and it was hard to leave that balcony!

Everything about this rental was perfect. We had a wonderful week in this comfortable, spacious and luxuriously equipped property. You can walk in a few minutes to to the beach or to the shops to pick up the morning croissant and baguette from the bakery and the milk from the shop next door. It was so easy to self-cater and we ate exclusively on the balcony with its eternally blue skies and spectacular views of the Pyrenees.

We liked very much that everything concerned with this rental was efficient. The owner's detailed information is absolutely correct in all respects including directions for finding the apartment, and he puts you in touch with bilingual Eve Mestres, the utterly capable, effective and good humoured person who will meet you, see you out of the apartment and solve any problem or meet any need you might have. She was invaluable.

Altogether this is a super place to stay. It is good value for money and we were very happy here - especially on that balcony!

Bel et grand appartement avec 2 terrasses,bien situé sur banyuls, où nous avons séjourné une quinzaine de jours dans des conditions idéales.

Accueillis par Mme Mestre à notre arrivée,nous avons eu toutes les explications nécessaires et utiles pour faciliter notre séjour.

Les photos sur le site sont fidèles à la réalité.

Nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour et pensons revenir dans les prochaines années.

Fabulous apartment in beautiful location

Peaceful location ,a couple of minutes walk to centre and beach .Apartment was light and airy and very comfortable .A well equipped kitchen, 2 lovely shower rooms ,a really great family base for a super holiday .Lots of outside space and beautiful views,great parking on site which is important during the busy holiday season .A pool onsite to take a dip in,what more could you need ?

A tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town and in an excellent location just a short a walk to gorgeous restaurants ,bars, marina and beach .

The beautiful town of Banyul sur Mer is surrounded by vineyards which produce fabulous wine and there's lots of opportunities to taste and buy .

To summarise ,a fabulous apartment in a wonderful location with all you need for the perfect holiday .

Large appartment, very modern with swiming pool

We are used to rent this flat since now 3 years. I can say that this is a very intersting flat. It is located in Banyuls downtown, in the middle of the famous banyuls wine region, with both moutains and sea. This flat is in a former hotel uilding with 7 other flats. There is a private swiing pool shared between the different tenants. There are 2 terrasses whch is very convenient to have lunch or dinner and being protected from the sun or wind. One of the Terrasse has a very beautifull view on the mountain side.

The flat is pretty large (something 80 square meter) and decoration/equipment and quite new. It is located closed (200 m) to the beach, port, and all the shops. So its situation is very convenient. For all these reasons, we comes every year for a stay in this lovely flat and would like to recommend it !

C'est un bel et spacieux appartement très bien situé dans Banyuls. Le propriétaire bien que loin, est disponible très rapidement par mail .

il y a un parking privé et sécurisé. nous sommes accueillis par Mme Mestre qui s'occupe de la remise et reprise des clefs, parfaitement joignable avant et pendant le séjour.

piscine commune aux 8 appartements de la résidence, et assez grande pour tous. Clim dans les 2 chambres(indispensable!).2 terrasses pour pouvoir déjeuner à l'ombre à chaque repas.

Accès à tous les commerces et à la plage en moins de 5 minutes à pied.

Banyuls est très animée tout en étant calme et familiale.

nous y avons passé de très belles vacances en famille (dont 3 enfants de 15 ,12 et 8 ans).

It is beautiful and spacious one apartment very well situated in Banyuls. The owner good(well) that far, is available very quickly by e-mail.

There is a private and secure parking lot. We are welcomed by Mrs Mestre who takes care of the discount(delivery) and the resumption of the keys, perfectly reachable before and during the stay.

Swimming pool common to 8 apartments of the residence, and rather big for all. Air conditioning in 2 rooms(chambers) (essential!) .2 terraces to be able to have lunch in the shade at every meal.

Access to all the businesses and to the beach(range) within 5 minutes on foot.

Banyuls is very livened up(very led) while being quiet and family.

We crossed(spent) very beautiful holidays in family there (among which 3 15, 12 and 8-year-old children)

Wonderful accommodation in Banyuls!

We were delighted with this lovely home in Banyuls sur Mer. A very spacious two bedroom townhouse in a quiet & convenient setting in this charming village, two patios, a swimming pool in a quiet setting. Our daughter & son in law with their two young children plus my husband & myself found the home clean, well maintained and very comfortable for all. Michael was particularly responsive and accommodating. A great location to explore a variety of villages & wineries along the coast, hiking, running, beach & parks 3 minutes away, lovely town square, shopping and delightful market. We would highly recommend and give this terrific home a 4 star rating for families. Enjoy!
