Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in, comunicação e localização
Property was great, the Condo, not so much!
The Property itself was great, and wonderful location to everything. The Condo/Unit we stayed in was very tired, and needed refurbishing. Here is a list of items... Bathroom Door rubbed on floor, and rotten on bottom, knob missing on stove, patio furniture moldy and dirty, Pull-Out bed terrible, Bed Frame in Master is worn, (although the bed itself was very comfortable) Curtain vs. Door in front of washer & dryer (tacky). Could definitely use more beach umbrellas and even chairs down on the beach. Also, a larger sign is needed as to who the chairs and umbrellas were for as it was clear that guests from other locations were using them. We were on the top floor, and there was no cover on the ceiling over the Lanai porch. Also would have been nice to have that part screened in for mosquitos.
Now for the good part - Location again was great! Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery store and more. Ariel and Jane (Property Managers) were wonderful and helped in any way they could. Nice to have the coffee and pastries in the a.m. The people we met who were owners of other units were great and very friendly. The overall property was very well maintained, and the grounds were beautiful, and only a short walk to the beach. While we were there they were upgrading and manicuring the grounds. The pool was good and well maintained, although worn, we understand it was due for an upgrade this year. We viewed some of the other units that had been upgraded and they were very nice. The unit we stayed in not so much!
