Note: The Beach Club at Las Catalinas is a private entity, guests staying at this home can purchase access to its facilities onsite at an additional cost per person. The beach club is undergoing refurbishment; therefore, partial sections of the club may not be available to guests during their stay.
Each floor of Casa Pinita has a unique feature to experience! Step into each floor of this home and experience the spacious living spaces.
As you enter the home at the ground floor level, you will find yourself in a private courtyard. One of the master bedrooms opens onto this courtyard, where you can enjoy your morning “café con leche” while listening to the soothing fountain, waves crashing on the beach, and sometimes, howler monkeys greeting the day! Proceed up the interior stairwell to the main living floor, where your housemates may already be sitting at the dining table enjoying a traditional Costa Rican breakfast of “gallo pinto”, fresh tropical fruits and eggs, or playing a board game on the patio. One level above the main living floor, you’ll find the colorful bunk room, which has a stunning ocean view and its own private terrace, as well as a full bathroom. Up to six people can sleep in this room, making it a perfect place for cousins or young friends to bunk together and bond while adults enjoy peace and quiet below.
The kitchen in this beautiful home is fully equipped with anything you may need to host any type of gathering. The large dining area overlooks the spacious terrace where you can have a BBQ with your friends or family while looking out to our beautiful town. Casa Pinita is perfect for a large family, or for a group of friends
At Las Catalinas you will be truly pampered! We offer daily maid service! Our personal Concierge Service will assist with planning your exciting vacation prior to your arrival, coordinate your transportation from the airport with us and any other service like car rental, spa treatments and tour reservations; we make sure your stay is relaxing and stress free. For those nights you want to have a special dinner we are able to coordinate a Gourmet Chef or recommend the best restaurants in the area.

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.
