Amazing views - perfect location. Recommended!!!

What a view! I could've stayed on the balcony forever. Amazing to people watch and take in superb sunrises and sets. Really lovely apartment and perfect for our family of four.

Everything worked well and matched the description on the website. The kitchen was very well equipped with every sort of pan, crockery and cutlery you could need for a week and in good quantity so we didn't need to keep washing up. Oven, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and microwave all worked well. Good supplies of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and dish cloths. You'll need to bring tea towels, beach towels and washing powder. Lots of books to read, a good tv and cosy sofa. The bathrooms were a little outdated, but perfectly functional. There was plenty of wardrobe space. The beds didn't have proper mattresses on and the linen was quite tired looking and if it wasn't for this I would properly have given it a higher rating.

Was good to have Lin on hand and close by in case of any problems - our boiler broke down and it was sorted within 90 mins of us reporting it. Great and friendly service.

The location was 100% ideal - close enough to town for all the restaurants, but still fairly quiet. And what could be better than having the beach so close.

On the whole we had an amazing time and will definitely return to this property.

Stunning view

This apartment has a stunning position and view within three steps of a sandy beach, it would be difficult to find a place to stay that is so well positioned for shops, restaurants and beach.

the inside of the apartment is very well appointed and it's decor makes it feel not like a rented apartment but as if one is sharing someone's home as it is full of personal pictures, vases, books, magazines and other homely objects.

It was perfect for our grandson who shared the apartment with us as the beach is sandy and has a very gentle slope.

One of our best holidays, we will be sad to leave .

An amazing family holiday!

I dont quite know where to start explaining what a magical holiday my family and I had in Port de Pollenca. It was certainly down to this apartment which we found on homeaway. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift overlooking the sea with panoramic views. Its directly opposite the best part of the pinewalk beaches where you can rent chairs and umbrellas for €12 per day. There is a great supermarket which makes fresh breads and croissants daily and is 30 seconds walk away. The location is also at the beginning of the pinewalk which we felt was best as it's not to busy and also close enough to all the good restaurants and shops.

The apartment itself is very well furnished and has absolutely everything you need for a week or two's holiday away. We spent breakfasts and some lunches on the balcony overlooking the sea which is just breathtaking! The only thing you will need to buy is some beach towels which are not supplied. They can be bought anywhere for a few €'s. It also has free wifi which is great as I found out that not all apartments offer this.

We had our 2 year old boy with us and I can honestly say for families with young kids it's a paradise. The sea is calm and easy to swim in, you make friends with all the other kids and their families on the beach and as 1 dad said there are 100's of babysitters around looking out for their kids and yours. we made some friends with 2 couples and went out for a few meals with them and our kids got on really well.

We will certainly be booking this again for next year and hopefully for years to come. I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a great holiday.

good location, but .....

although the apartment has a great view, and is in a great location on Pine Walk, we would not stay here again. both bathrooms had very unpleasant odours that got much worse as the week went on, and we were besieged by mosquito's - both probably because the building is old. We found that the building is known to have a problem with badly smelling bathrooms during our stay. The air conditioning in the living room was old and not very effective and the blinds in the bedrooms didn't work properly. The kitchen was well kitted out, and generally the decor was good, so it was a shame that the apartment was so badly let down by the issues mentioned.

Fantastic location with fantastic views!!!!

My husband, teenage son and I just returned from a fantastic week in Port De Pollensa. We were very happy with this apartment. The view is absolutely incredible and the photos don't do it justice. The outdoor furniture on the balcony is different than appears in the photos as there is no table to dine at, but given the close proximately of the table inside, we didn't find it to be an issue. The only meal we ate in the apartment each day was breakfast given the number of restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was however, well equipped had we been interested in preparing more meals. There are plenty of grocery stores close by as well. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable (twin beds in both rooms) and having two bathrooms was an added bonus. The air conditioning is only in the lounge area, but again, we didn't find it to be an issue not having air con in the bedrooms. When we didn't have the air conditioning on, a nice breeze blew right through the apartment anyway. This apartment is located in a prime location on Pine Walk and we loved just sitting outside watching everyone swim or wander along Pine Walk. Mallorca itself is an amazing island and I would recommend trips to Valldemossa (an hour away), Cap Formentor (an awesome half hour drive) and definitely the old town of Pollensa which is a short distance away (you could even ride a bicycle in.) We are hoping to return to Mallorca at some point in the future (even though it is quite a distance from Canada!) and if we do, I would stay at this apartment again.
