Bonnix is one of the most beautiful holiday villas in Alcudia (North of Mallorca). This villa is situated in a quiet, privileged and elevated area offering stunning sea views over the Bay of Pollensa. It was built in the year 2002 using the best quality materials and it has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 8 people including children and babies. This villa is beautifully furnished, stylishly lit and skillfully dressed with local artifacts and contemporary works of art. It has all the modern comforts and luxuries, including air conditioning and central heating throughout the house (with individual thermostats in every room) and high speed Internet WIFI.

Villa Bonnix is located between Alcudia and Pollensa, only 5 kilometers from Puerto Alcudia and 10 kilometers from Puerto Pollensa. In a 5 minute drive you will find all the beaches, bars, restaurants, nightlife and everything else that makes Mallorca the right place for your holidays. Both the Alcanada and Pollensa Golf Clubs are within a 15 minute drive from villa Bonnix.

This property is recommended for all kinds of families and groups, with or without children.

The house has two floors and a total built area of 304 square meters (plus terrace) and the private land on which it is located is 14.000 square meters big with approximately 140 trees of several different types.

The ground floor of the house has 173 square meters and there is a double bedroom (2×2 meters bed) with an en-suite bathroom, a big living and dining room, guest WC, kitchen, pantry and laundry room.

The spacious living and dining room has a fireplace, TV, international digital TV receiver, DVD and a music player that has speakers in every room of the house. We receive most of the free-to-air channels from Europe, and also a few channels from other continents. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you will need: cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, a wave, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a vitro ceramic, different types of coffee machines (italian, american, Nespresso, etc.), a water boiler, a blender and a lot of other small kitchen appliances. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with an ironing board. In the pantry there is a safe box.

The upper floor of the house has 131 square meters and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. More specifically there is a double bedroom (2×2 meters bed) with an en-suite bathroom that has a hydromassage bathtub and 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. Each twin bedroom has 2 1x2 meters beds. Two of the bedrooms share a big and lovely terrace looking at the garden and swimming pool, and the third bedroom has a small balcony with sea views.

The massive garden area has a big 40 square meters swimming pool, a hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC with a capacity for 4 people, a BBQ and a terrace with a porch that provides shade completely furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

The entrance and the back of the property are beautifully surrounded by trees and plants, with enough parking space for at least 6 cars. A small porch provides shade for one car.

3 hours of cleaning service are included once or twice a week depending on the length of your booking.

In case that you are interested in this villa and the dates you want are already booked, please note that our other villa Es Coster de na Llusia is identical to villa Bonnix, and both of them are located in the same area. Booking the 2 properties for the same dates is an option for bigger groups of up to 16 people.

This villa is super child friendly and we have at the disposal of our guests and without any extra charges the use of baby cots, highchairs, stair gates, bed fences and a modern security fence for the swimming pool.

This villa is elderly friendly as well, with very little steps to the all the main areas, one bedroom on the ground floor and all bathrooms with shower safety rails.

This villa is pet friendly but you must inform us before booking if you are bringing any pets.

Optional* The swimming pool can be heated at 24ºC (more temperature depends on the weather) for only 200 Euros per week.

Top quality property in tranquil surroundings

A lovely week in the sunshine at this tip-top villa which is as described but better! Easy to reach from the airport and only 4km from shops and amenities. This villa is the perfect place to totally unwind as it has everything - extremely comfortable beds, high speed WiFi, Satellite TV with BBC, ITV and other channels. The management are excellent and take care of everything including cleaning BBQ daily, removing rubbish and recycling. Definitely will return.

Magnifique maison très confortable

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la Villa Bonnix. La maison est confortable, très bien conçue et équipée. Elle offre une vue impressionnante sur le jardin immense et très agréable. L'organisation de Salvador et l'accueil de Joselete sont extraordinaires. La Wifi fonctionne très bien. Nous étions une famille de 8 personnes et ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit. Les pièces à vivre sont spacieuses et les chambres et salles de bain sont vastes et équipées de nombreux rangements.

Nous avons adoré l'île et les bons conseils de Joselete sur les restaurants des environs.

Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison. Un grand merci à Salvador et Joselete! Bonne année 2017!

Perfect holiday

We had a fantastic stay in the house.

Everything was just perfect and we couldn't have asked for more!

The property was clean and absolutely well maintained.

If we had any questions or needed support it was easy to get in contact with the owner or Joselete (brilliant caretaker) and they were always very helpful!

The villa is built to a very high standard and offered everything we could wish for (especially in the kitchen that's not always the case with holiday homes)

The garden which is huge was great. The kids enjoied playing with the toys available and spent lots of time in the water.

The surroundings were stunning as well -

We all spent hours looking in every direction and enjoying the magnificent views!

Bonnix is a wonderful property with all the luxuries, it is well built to a high standard and is well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. It is located in a secure area and the views are simply amazing. We went on a holiday we three generations and the property was well equipped for children, we only had to pack their clothes and pushchair. The property is secure and with all the child safety equipment, and the luxuries like a heated pool, Jacuzzi bath and hot tub meant all generations had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Joselete came in everyday to clean the pool and the BBQ, which meant he was also available to help or advise us if we needed which was reassuring.

Fabulous villa for three generations!

What a find for a three generation holiday. We went end of May.

Lovely lovely villa.

Loads of outside space for the little ones to run around although the pool was their main focus. Downstairs bedroom for the oldies. As one of the oldies I would like to say the shower attached to the downstairs bedroom does have a step but there is a good grab handle inside the shower.

(From the photographs it would appear that access to the garden is via steps, however you can also easily access the garden and pool from the side of the house.)

Beautiful sun sets. Wonderful views. Rural. Very secure.

You are looked after from start to finish by the lovely Joselette who could not do enough for you. Thank you Joselette !

honeymoon in paradise

From the moment we contacted Salvador to enquire about staying at Bonnix for a last minute late honeymoon break we knew we were in safe hands .All emails were quickly and politely answered and he even helped us with our hire car when we were struggling.

Only a little more than a day after booking our holiday we arrived in Palma and were met by the owner Salvador junior at the allocated meeting place and followed him to the villa.

The private drive in is breath taking and electric gates opened to reveal the most beautiful building .Salvador showed us around each room and then the grounds where we were delighted to find a swimming pool, huge jacuzzi, table tennis table, barbecue and the most amazing mountain view.Quite honestly at this point it was hard to take everything in as it was so perfect.

A welcome pack was in the kitchen including bread ,cheese,ham ,butter ,milk ,juice ,biscuits, wine and a huge bowl of fruit .After a long journey this was a lovely touch.

We quickly settled in to this home from home. Every room was beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard but with comfort in mind.One bathroom had a jaccuzi bath which we used several times. Artifacts and books stood alongside comfortable furniture, the superbly equipped kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The air conditioning was very efficient and individually controlled .Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The location was perfectly situated for both Pollensa and the lovely old town of Alcudia.

Spending time outside was an absolute pleasure .All the bedrooms had balconies or patio .Ample pool towels were provided.,Sitting in the jacuzzi in such a majestic setting surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains with no sound but the cowbells is something we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Joselete the charming kind manager visited daily to do little jobs and check everything was ok ,He also brought us some delicious cakes! the maid cleaned mid stay and changed the beds.

After 6 nights it was time to leave our wonderful villa but when we did we promised that we would return next year. Salvador and his father Salvador senior have two other villas, One close by and one in Puerto Pollensa.The villa did not meet our expectations, it exceeded them. What set our stay apart was that the personal service was second to none, We were utterly spoiled and I can honestly say it was the best place I have ever stayed.It is a credit to Salvador and his family.

Villa Bonnix is located between Pollensa and Alcudia very close to Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia.

Pollensa is a town and municipality situated in the far north corner of the island of Mallorca. Most houses were built in the 17th and 18th centuries and many streets are very narrow and compact, a legacy from the medieval era. The central square has numerous outdoor cafés and is dominated by a large 13th century church.

Puerto Pollensa is situated in the north eastern corner of the island, only 45 minutes from Palma. Once a small fishing port, now it's an elegant holiday destination in an unspoilt corner of a popular holiday island. Puerto Pollensa nestles in a natural bay, against a backdrop of rugged mountains, giving a particularly picturesque setting. There are stretches of sandy beaches and the wonderful 'Pine Walk' right alongside the seashore where bars, shops and restaurants provide an unbeatable combination.

Alcudia is an historic town with Roman and Moorish influences and Puerto Alcudia is a lively modern resort with one of the finest beaches in the Mediterranean.

The Pollensa and the Alcanada Golf Clubs are both located within a 10-15 minute drive from the villa.
