Myself and two pals were in Edinburgh for a Scotland rugby match and enjoyed a weekend in this property. Location is perfect - in Stockbridge and within walking distance of all central Edinburgh attractions. Situated in a quiet and attractive lane, it is in an oasis of calm before stepping out into the (enjoyable) hustle and bustle of the city.
The property itself is great - upstairs a very comfortable kitchen/diner, downstairs a bathroom and two ample bedrooms. Everything is in excellent condition making this the perfect venue for a family or a small group of friends.
I will definitely be back.
This is a lovely, spacious apartment which is beautifully furnished and offers everything that is needed for a perfect stay in Edinburgh. It is located in a really pretty, quiet road but a few minutes walk away is the buzz of the city - perfect location.
With two kids, we had a fab time in Edinburgh during the Fringes Festival during early August 2016. The bedrooms are nice. All bathroom and kitchen appliances worked well. We appreciated the cleanliness which is not a given in our experience. Thanks to the location, it was quiet and still close enough to the bus lines as well as groceries and dining places. Thanks also to the welcoming and help host.
Circus Lane is a lovely road with very well kept, historical houses. It is quiet location but within minutes you can be in the middle of the bustling city. Perfect location. The property, as other reviewers have mentioned, is spacious and everything that you need for self catering is provided. Great place to come back to after a busy day in Edinburgh! One night we ate in Nova Vegetarian Kitchen in Howe Street (2 mins from apartment) and had the most fantastic pizza.
An excellent location. The Stockbridge area was a treat to explore. The beauty of the Royal Botanic Gardens was very nearby.
The apartment was well-appointed, with a Nespresso machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
We would rent this flat again in a heartbeat.
We were very pleased with this property. The location put us within walking distance of the Royal Botanic Gardens and City Centre. The Stockbridge neighbourhood was an excellent area in which to shop and explore.
The kitchen was well-equipped. the Nespresso coffee machine worked brilliantly.
We would have rated the flat a 5 star if there were a toilet on the main floor, but we understand the constraints of a building built in the 19th century. 4.5 is our rating
We would rent this flat again in a heartbeat when we return to Edinburgh.
