Our Lovely Three bedrooms Single Family house is located in a family oriented area, North Potomac Maryland. We are sharing our Single family house with a lovely half an acre garden that surrounds it. Actually, this rental includes the two top floors of the house that include 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Sometimes, there is a guest who lives in the basement temporarily. Please stay kind to those who live in the basement. Although you DO NOT SEE each other, we appreciate if you respect. Basement is fully furnished and has its own independent door. check listing Id # 4308502. If you do not want to see them, please keep the basement door ALWAYS CLOSED.
Your rental includes only two top floors of the whole house that is pictured. your level is fully furnished and ready to move in!!! For business travelers or those who need to reside in maryland temporarily or even permanently, this relaxing rental house is ideally located close to shopping centers, offices and entertainments. It's location has easy access to most freeways, I-270-, I-495, I-95,.. The house location is one of the best, only a few minutes from main offices such as NIH , NCI, Medimmune, NIST Offices,...

For those travelers who like to enjoy a relaxing vacation time in Maryland and Washington DC., the location of this house provides easy access to points of interest such as Rio Entertainment center, Mall shopping center, restaurants, Entertainments, Parks,... Close to I-270/495/95 Highways, Minutes away from Safeway and restaurants, Shopping Mall, Macy's Costco, Walmart, tons of restaurants. Walking distance to Grocery Stores .

Trash bins pick up days is early morning every Monday.

Recycle bin ( blue bin for paper, cans and glasses) pick up day is early Tuesday morning.

My suggestion is to leave the trash bins one night ahead of time in the house driveway . Trash bins will be picked up next day early morning.

Please do not flush toilet paper in the bathroom pipe. if you do so , bathroom pipe will clog the sunpump and water will back up in the bathroom. You are responsible for damages to the property .

Turn off all the lights , specially chandeliers , before leaving the house. We apologize if there is extra charges for unwise electricity consumption .

Great Place - Could be managed better

This is a huge place, and that is excluding the basement, which is rented out separately. there are a lot of things available and we found almost everything we wanted there. but we also thought it could be better managed. For instance, the heater on the bottom floors was not working when we checked in - the problem got fixed after a few days. Similarly, part of the house lost electricity, and that problem was not fixed. It wasn't a problem because there were many other rooms to spend our time in, but there seemed to be a lack of attention being given to the house. The pots and pans to cook could be in a better state, the dishwasher could be working, and the cleaning lady could have done a better job, the fireplace could have been easier to operate. But having said that, we didn't really feel that we were missing a lot - we had a fun time overall. Bottomline - it is a great place to stay, but don't go expecting perfect management.

Beautiful home, owners were not! Their lack of concern literally left us cold!

This should have been a time to celebrate with our family but instead we we're left scrambling to find options to stay warm when the weather turned cold. The owners did not help to resolve but did remind us that the weather in MD IS different than CA!? That only helped us to decide to vacate early to find warmer accommodations. The only resolution Home Away offered was to give us a 100.00 allowance for space heaters. Due to the size of the home this was inadequate. With little concern for the traveler once monies are paid, we will not be using Home Away again.

Beautiful area and good amenities

First night was difficult since AC was not working properly. But the property owner responded fairly quickly and made arrangements for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We are friendly couples who love traveling and sharing. We like sharing our lovely home to welcome those who travel to Maryland or prefer to reside for job opportunities. There are a lot to enjoy and create lovely memories while staying in our lovely house with half an acre large backyard in the middle of city!

This single family house is bright, spacious, and safe. You will enjoy the nature green side of the house with a unique large backyard while having access to shopping and restaurants in front at about 2 minutes drive. Nothing can be perfect than owning peace of shady country side backyard along with comfort of city like feeling in this house.

The area is very safe and family oriented and the house is very close to main offices, Restaurants, and shopping centers.

Please consider to put blue RECYCLE BIN, on the curb or drive way, early morning.

RECYCLE Pick up Day is ONLY MONDAY.

Wednesday and Saturday EARLY MORNING are TRASH pick up days.
