Within walking distance there are nearby boat, SUP and kayak rentals in the summer as well as on-site ski and snowboard rental in the winter.

The kitchenette is newly updated and includes a griddle, coffee pot, microwave, stove top/oven and a full fridge. The bathroom has a spacious, beautifully tiled walk-in shower with room to spare, and a separate sink/vanity area.

Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 2 mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort, and walking distance to Safeway grocery store, CVS drug store, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. Amenities include shared pools, shared hot tubs, shared sauna, club house, security, beach, pier, and boat buoys by reservation. One of the best locations in all of South Lake Tahoe.
