This was a girls trip of 12 to celebrate a 50th birthday. Everything was amazing! Lorenzo was wonderful leading up to the trip and upon our arrival to welcome us to his house. Julianna was such a gem. We all need a Julianna in our life! Her cooking is amazing and we always looked forward to her meals. She worked with allergies and special diets. Lorenzo’s wife stopped by and gave some of us a ride to the ecological park since it was too early for the shuttle. The beach is very close along with the beach pool and clubhouse. The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s just beautiful!

On my arrival, I was the was warm and welcoming. Shortly afterwards the property manager met with us to greet us and provide needed information about the facility. He was accessible and very responsive during our stay. The facility was immaculately kept. I felt safe and was able to enjoy late nights outdoors watching the sunset; and early morning watching the sunrise from the villa and from the beach. I highly recommend this facility.

Seven of us stayed here in July—two families with 3 teenagers and 4 adults—and all of us had an amazing week. The two sets of parents each had a spacious bedroom and their own bathroom upstairs, and each teen had their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The house is a beautiful and spacious open-air home, except for the bedrooms which had the option of A/C and ceiling fans to keep us cool in the very high humidity of July! The pool was a relaxing gathering place, with a perfect view of the first tee on the golf course. And having a golf cart gave us the freedom to tour around the property and visit all the beaches—it made the stay absolutely perfect! Lorenzo is wonderful to work with—answered all our questions, checked in on us, and made us feel so welcome! In my other two experiences renting a vacation home, I never met the owner, so it was a great treat to meet him in Tijuana case! Julianna and Margarite did a wonderful job cooking and cleaning during our stay. I would tell everyone to take advantage of Julianna’s cooking service. It was delicious, bountiful, and made us feel so much at home—-and is a better option than expensive restaurants. The entire property / complex was very safe, very clean, and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here, and we hope to again! :)

We visited Punta Cana with three generations of family including a couple of teens and a twelve year old. We had a wonderful time! Villa Can Nico was great! Our party of eight had plenty of space, but it would have been nice to have a common area with AC. The bedrooms were equipped with great AC and comfortable beds. The pool was cleaned daily and was very refreshing. It was easy to navigate by golf cart to various beaches from the house. Lorenzo was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Juliana and Margarita went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had plenty to eat. We had them prepare breakfast and dinner daily, and the meals were delicious. We were spoiled by their hospitality. It was a fantastic vacation, and we would love to go back right now!

Our trip to Punta Cana and stay at Villa Can Nico was to celebrate my mother's retirement. Our group had a total of 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids aged 11, 12, 13 and 14). First, Lorenzo. He was a wonderful host from the minute we booked the Villa through seeing us off to the airport at the end of our stay. He was always available to answer any questions prior to and during our trip. He helped us not only with logistics regarding the villa, but with activities, excursions, etc. He knows everyone in the area! He also has a great personality and is very funny. Second, Juliana. Wow, what a special person. Her presence and energy make an already spectacular villa, even more spectacular. You must retain Juliana's cooking service or you will regret it. Not only is her food amazing, but she is super accommodating for all ages and food restrictions. We had meat eaters, a vegan, a vegetarian, and 4 kids in our group and there as never once an issue with the food (abundance or taste)! Third, Villa Can Nico. The villa is great, perfect for our group. 5 total bedrooms, each with a bathroom, plenty of closet space, and AC units. The main living space is all semi-outdoors with covered stone hallways, living area, and open courtyards. The living area is where we spent most of our time (it is also where you eat breakfast and dinner) and opens to the pool and golf course. One of my favorite parts of the day was enjoying morning coffee overlooking the pool (Juliana and her daughter Margarita set up a coffee bar each morning). There is also a volleyball net set up in the side yard where we had family tournaments a few evenings. The villa has so much space, our group never felt crowded or constrained. Fourth, Punta Cana Resort & Club. The resort is stunning and only 5 minutes from the airport. You have access to the many beaches, restaurants and activities within the resort. We golfed at La Cana, enjoyed the calm beach, snorkeled and sipped cocktails in Playa Blanca, swam at the beach and pools at La Cana Beach Club and the Westin, ate lunch at a few beach front grills/restaurants, and (our favorite) hiked and swam in the crystal clear lagoons at the Ecological Reserve (typically $50 per person, but only $10 as a guest of Villa Can Nico). We reserved two golf carts that served as our transportation for everything. We had the vacation of a lifetime and hope we are lucky enough to come back someday. Don't hesitate, book Villa Can Nico now and come to Punta Cana!!!
