Well.......

This is our 3rd time to this property, and unfortunately this time was a little disheartening. The door lock was all screwed up. The handle didn't work to close the door from outside. We had to push the lock in with our finger, get it to catch, and get our finger out in time not to pinch it. The air conditioner still drips, but I don't know where. You can hear it all day and night long. There is dust all over the walls. None of the plates/silverware have been gone through. Mugs with broken handles, knife with no blade, dishes glued back together..... the sofa sleeper was not cleaned. It had dirty linens and ther was hair and sand on the bed when we folded it out. It's a small space, that doesn't have much to clean. It's kind of gross where the towels are left at the dripping air-conditioning... the shower knob is gross, so is the ceiling, and half the TV stations we've watched ib previous visits didn't work. BUT! it is directly on the beach, couldn't be a better location! It's got a bed and bathroom, and we're aren't going for the room, we're going for the beach. And that part is always amazing.

We had a wonderful stay and perfect location on the beach just a few feet away. Well stocked with all we needed. Good communication! No complaints and perfect get away.

needs help

no toilet paper holder. it was broken laying elsewhere. outdoor shower broken. after one day every room there had sand in it from the beach. smoking area was on the street by the stinking trash cans. i think on the beach side near grill smoking should be ok with respect for non smokers waking by. the grill needs to be replaced. would not turn around. Bad with the beach wonds

Poor service

The property was as advertised but a bit rundown. We paid up front for a six week stay. It was colder than we expected so we resolved to spend the bulk of our time indoors. When you’re stuck inside I would characterize WiFi and TV (as advertised) as essential. On our third day both the WiFi and TV went out. On the second day a housekeeper came out to check the connections to no avail. On the fourth day a “technician “ arrived at 9:30pm after some time he determined that he needed additional equipment. The next day (our eighth day) we had had enough and checked into a motel. For the price the place was adequate but with the same management in place I could NEVER recommend this place. They are either unwilling or ill equipped to deal with service issues. Eight days out of six weeks doesn’t equal much value.
