Alles war so wie beschrieben. Am ersten Morgen gab es Kaffee und Croissants aus Mathios Cofee Shop. Das Haus wurde 2 mal wöchentlich gereinigt.

Lovely Villa by the sea.
We stayed here with our teenage daughters. We loved the privacy and fabulous swimming pool. The villa is well kept and perfect for a family of four. There are many good tavernas within walking distance. The sea is literally a couple of minutes walk away. There are nicer beaches,, around Bali etc. You're not far from Rethimnou, which is lovely and Chania is easy to get to. The main road is very close by and busy which is convenient if a bit noisy. The area near the villa is not that pretty, but you are very close to beautiful and historic places to visit. Overall, we loved our stay, everywhere we visited we were met by friendly warm locals. Many spoke excellent English. The owners were very kind when we had an unfortunate accident at the villa and made us feel nothing was a problem. We hired a car from AutosCrete, who do an all in car hire, its no frills but always prefer local car hire more than the big companies and all the added extras. Overall a superb villa, well placed for you to explore Crete. P. S the villa air con is brilliant, you'll certainly need it in July.

Perfect Location and Private
Great central location to all the tourist spots with several restaurants within walking distance and of course the cafe is only 20 meters away!!!
Also a small store for your basic needs is there there too.
Pool area is amazing, bedrooms are roomy and closets are large as is the kitchen.
Great for kids and we would stay here again if our travels take us to Crete.

Ideal für Familien
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (10+11), waren sehr mit dem Obkekt zufrieden. Es stimmt alles sehr gut mit den Bildern überein. Der Pool war der Traum, die Klimaanlagen haben hervorragend ihren Dienst getan. Obwohl die Hauptstraße nur 50 Meter Luftlinie entfernt ist, fanden wir es nicht störend. Zum Strand sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Etwa 150 Meter nach rechts (Osten) kommt man zu einem super Sandstrand (nur die ersten 5 Meter sind Kies bzw. Steine) , der sehr flach ins Mehr hineingeht. Für Kinder also ideal. Viele (günstige) Tavernen in Laufnähe. Wir waren gern bei Adriana. Zum Lidl in Richting Rethymnon sind es genau 4,9 km. Nur Kleinigkeiten sind uns aufgefallen: die Spülmaschine ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Kücheneinrichtung etwas spartanisch. Die angegebenen 90 m2 werden wohl nur erreicht, wenn man die (sehr schöne) Veranda mit einberechnet. Trotzem ist für 4 Personen mehr als reichlich Platz. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist etwas eng. Mit Klein- oder auch Mittelklassewägen kommt man aber hinein. Insgesamt würde ich 4,5 von 5 Sternen geben bei einem in der Vorsaison (Juni) hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
