Our wonderful four bedroom, four bathroom beach home is located just across the street from public access to Crescent Beach. This condo is in the Webhannet By The Sea community and offers your family and friends plenty of space for an enjoyable vacation. Our home accommodates 10 people (a maximum of 8 adults).
Each morning, sit out on the front porch with your morning coffee to enjoy a view of the ocean and street; each afternoon, sit out on the back porch with your afternoon cocktail to enjoy an unobstructed view of the the Rachael Carson National Wildlife Refuge. Simply walk across the street (we counted - about 100 steps to the public access stairs) to have your toes in the sand. In the evening, take part in our favorite activity: watching an awesome sunset over the marsh. The property is set back from the street, so you will rarely hear noise from vehicles.
Common space includes a fantastic large living room/porch area with windows in all directions; outdoor porches facing each of the marsh and ocean; and an upstairs sitting area with views of the beach and the marsh. You’re also welcome to walk down into the community lawn area of Webhannet By The Sea to picnic, play games, and socialize with other guests. All bedrooms include TVs with Roku.
The kitchen is outfitted with all you need for your meals, and a gas grill is provided. The refrigerator includes a filtered water dispenser and an ice maker. WiFi is available throughout the home. The garage holds beach toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for your use; you may also use it to store your own beach stuff. Linens (sheets and bathroom towels) are included via an independent linen service. A washer and dryer are located on the first floor.
There are two parking spaces provided with the rental, and other free and paid street parking be available nearby. This location is a short walk to the Boardwalk Arcade, beachfront shops, and Wells Lobster Pound. There’s also mini-golf, ice cream, pizza, and kayaking rentals close by! You can always take a short drive over to great little shops in Ogunquit and Kennebunk.
Rentals are a 7-day minimum, Saturday to Saturday, between June 15 and September 15. Shorter stays are considered in off season.
