Whether you want to relax at home after visiting Disney Parks or just lounge by your own private pool with whirlpool spa, this will be your relaxing home away from home, featuring new furniture, décor and TVs, freshly painted throughout, and much more!

Family owned and centrally located in Magic Landings gated community, this private home is located only 20 minutes or less from all Orlando attractions, including Disney Theme Parks, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando International Airport. Also close to the Florida Mall, Outlet Malls, Walmart, all kinds of shopping and restaurants on International Drive and The Loop, concerts and events at Osceola Heritage Park, and popular golf courses.

Bedrooms (4): 2 master bedrooms, one with King bed and second with Queen bed, both with 32’’flat screen Smart TVs, full bathrooms, and ceiling fans. One of the masters with a garden tub. Both masters have doors that lead directly to a screened in pool area. The home features 2 additional bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a queen size bed, both with 32’’ flat screen Smart TVs, and ceiling fans. One additional full size bathroom shared by these 2 bedrooms.

Living room: comfortable new large sectional couch and arm chair, 60’’ flat screen Smart TV, French doors leading to the screened pool deck

Dining room and kitchen: beautiful dining room with new large table, 6 chairs and overhead lighting. A lovely breakfast bar which accommodates 2 additional guests. Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker and coffee cups.

Laundry room: washer and dryer, laundry baskets and ample area to fold your laundry

Other amenities: complimentary wireless internet, local telephone service, central air conditioning and heating, hair dryers in all bathrooms, soft bath towels, pillows, bed linens

Perfect home!

We had a fantastic weekend! Very roomy 4 bedroom house with great living space, everything you need in the kitchen, two master bedrooms was very nice and in a perfect location for us. Would definitely stay again- Thank you!!

Well worth it

Its a great place to stay. Only small issue that came up was something hung on the wall randomly fell and startled me in the shower. But the grill and pool were amazing. Very nice neighborhood

Wonderful stay

My family and friends were all so happy with our stay. What I personally appreciated the most was the owners fast response. Within minutes they replied back to my few questions I had, before, during, and after stay. Just for this i would recommended to anyone. It's in a very nice location, perfect for what we needed. Listing didnt show pictures of the whirlpool, so that was a very nice surprise. Excellent eating options near the neighborhood, no need to travel far. Very easy check in and instructions. I can go on with how happy we were. Another wonderful surprise is how spacious all rooms were!! Recommended 100%

Convention House

We had a GREAT 5-night stay! Everything was as expected. Communication with the owner prior to our stay was top notched. Audrey was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. An email was received that contained all of the needed information about the rental a few days prior to arrival. We did not have to contact anyone while staying at the house and did not encounter any issues during our stay. There is also a binder at the house that contains all the pertinent information you need. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Abundance of towels and kitchen utensils and glasses, cups, silver ware and gadgets. Very well stocked! Two coffee makers; A single cup Keurig and one to make a whole pot. The dishwasher and washer and dryer are added benefits as well. The home is located in a gated community, and you use a code to get in. The neighborhood is quiet although there seemed to be a lot of cars but had no problems getting around. The home has 4 bedrooms and two are suites with private bathrooms. There were six in our party, and we used all four bedrooms. We all felt that we had privacy since each bedroom is in a corner of the house and we enjoyed the living room, TV area and the dining room for our meals. We only used the pool on one day. The pool needs to be resurfaced and was told that it was scheduled for this year to complete. Highly recommend. Audrey was not only efficient but a pleasure to work with. Felt like home while we were there!
